Online Store currently unavailable

Anyone else getting the error once they choose a server?
"The online store is currently unavailable"

Normally, I wouldn't care, but it has also seemed to lock out all of my extra character slots. I had 5 free ones that I just used up the other day, and now they are all locked. I don't really want to delete a character just so I can make a new one.

Yea, having that same problem. I bought 5 slots on each of my two accounts last night and selected them for Virtue and now they are not showing. but I am hoping that when the thing comes back online that we will get those back, or i will throw a fit. haha.

There was a global Crash a bit ago. Me thinks something with that had a hand in that.

**edit** I have sent in a petition. Maybe this will get something fixed fast.

Unless you only have 13 characters, you'd have to delete more than just one. When it locks out extra slots, you can't access ANY empty slots past the initial 12.

I found this out on Test Server not long after slots came out. I "bought" all 24 slots, and made a few new characters. I had, like, 15, when the Online Store went down on Test. I thought if I deleted 1, I'd get a slot freed up. I was wrong. Had to delete 4, so that I had less than 12 charaters.

This issue just resolved itself! (Ok, or someone somewhere fixed it...)

Same issue is back, for me at least. No store (no big deal) and no use of my extra character slots (which sucks).

Wow, log in the next day and the store is STILL unavailable as well as my extra slots. And still not even an announcement about it.

Now we add poor communication about the problem to my complaint about this.

I guess it does if they expect us to always hunt through dev digests to see everything. Silly me for expecting it to be posted as an official, "Announcement" section of the forums, not in the discussion section, as something as serious as this.
