It showed up during the Closed Beta. Prior to that, the Alpha and Omega Auras showed up. They were removed, but for whatever reason, the Syndicate pattern hasn't been removed yet.

I can only assume that the reason why the devs didn't just make 20 special slots in the vault available to everyone in the global is because they support cutelittlesquirrels.com or whatever their irritating name is. At least you don't have to give your account info to them to buy infl any more. The devs must be getting a cut in the real-money profits.
Also, the fact that you still cannot invite your offline alts into your own SG (along with the non-vault option above) shows they don't care about the loner who doesn't involve himself in the community.

I forget which one, but one of the Developers confirmed during Closed Beta that they did not add room fore more Enhancements, and that 6 will remain the limit.

The fact that you can transfer cross-server is all the proof you need that, unless they changed it to @Global Friends/SuperGroup Members, anyone not on your Server Friends List can e-mail you.
However, it does still block e-mails sent to local names. -
Just remember that the Mods can easily see who you rep'd, and what comment you gave (if any, for Positive).

If you're going by internal names, then don't forget that there's no Fiery Melee or Fiery Aura, but rather FieryFray and FlamingShield, and the like.

Serious question here: How many people have had an RMT Spammer send something to their @Global Name since I17 launched?
It hasn't happened to me, and none of the people I know in-game have had it happen to them. So, I'm honestly curious to know if anyone has had it happen to them. -
The best part is that it should be hard to read on either Hero or Villain skin.

Yup. ZNRGY asked about energy wings, and David Nakayama said they'd be possible to do. We may never get them, but at least we know they're possible.

Got a question about Phalanx Fighting.
If you haven't placed the power into a build, looking at the Effects tab, it shows Melee, Ranged, and AoE at 6% for Scrappers and Brutes, and 8% for Tankers. As soon as you place it, it changes to 3.75% (6) (or 3.75% (8) for Tankers). Is it supposed to do that?

No, you can not use the auto-update. This is due to UAC in Vista and now Win7. You will have to download and install the new verisons. They will actually overwrite your existing install so an uninstall of the old version is not necessary.The auto-update is now basically there to let you know there is a new version. -

Back when Claws was proliferated to Brutes, during the Beta Testing period, the gloves from the new Praetorian Clockwork were accidently made available for a short time. They look good with claws, too.

As the title states, I have a quick question about Set Bonuses.
Do all the pieces of a set have to be of the same level to get the bonuses? I understand that generally, you want them all to be the same level, since the enhancements each peice provide are better the higher the level, but in the case of sets like Gaussian's, would having the 5 regular pieces at 50 and the Chance For Build Up Proc at 20 still grant the bonus for 6 pieces slotted?
