Respec multiple builds?
A respec only changes the current build. If you want to respec your alternate build, you need to first change to that build, and then do the respec.
Easy question: does using a respec let you respec both builds if you have multiple builds? Or, just the active one?
ty! (I think it should be both builds OR when given a free respec for a new update that we get two free.) |
And two free? Not sure if they'd stack properly - but it seems we get so many from freespecs, trials, drops, vetspecs, etc. I don't think I've run out in... er... years. >.< Only thing I have more of are costume tokens!
(Not really arguing against it, as it makes a kind of sense, mind you.)
Are any of the trial respecs repeatable?
I just set up my second build but made a real mess I might need to respec already, but since I only have 2 respecs from vet rewards I wouldn't want to run out before I get to the higher-levels that I might really need it for.

An easy way to tell if you have already claimed a respec from a trial is to look at your badges. You are only awarded the Accolade badges for the Trial by selecting the respec reward instead of merits.

Your other options are to use the free respec that we get with almost every new Issue release by typing /respec. There are respec recipes that you can earn, drop, or buy and craft into a respec that you can use. This is considered a "free" respec and cannot be created if you already have a free respec from an Issue release. Type /respec to use it.
Respecs can also be purchased at the character selection screen for about $10. Make sure you highlight the character you want to respec before you purchase it, or it may go to the wrong one. Purchased Respecs are considered "earned" and stackable. They are used by visiting the ingame contacts...

No, you won't get 2 FreeSpecs if you have two builds activated. Someone had mentioned this somewhere (either here on the forums, or in game, but I don't remember), and said that you would get 2 FreeSpecs.
With I17, I found out the hard way that you don't.

True enough. However, I didn't really lose anything, and I also proved flat out that until further notice, it's not true. For science!! For pony!!

What are they like as drops? I have never seen one. What level would I need to be to see one? Roughly how much does one go for on the Black Market?
