In the Statesman TF, Ghost Widow has a mag 100 hold. You need a STACK of Break Frees, Clear Minds, whatever even on a stone tank in Granite.
You can call up the power information in-game. Drag a Break Free to the chat line and drop it. That will put the exact name in the chat line. Hit <Enter> and the text will show up in whatever channel in bold. Click on that and you can bring up the full details of the power, recipe, inspiration, enhancement, etc.
This works for any power. You can also type the power name directly by putting it in square brackets. Try [Dry Heave] or [Projectile Vomit].

Can you give more detail? Was this in the Signature Story Arc part 1? I had the guy in the first mission hold one of my tanks right through his mez protection so he either has high magnitude or can stack holds fast.

After the Lord Recluse SF, does anyone have a request as to what to do next?
Given all the new powersets introduced recently, my inclination is to go back to the beginning with the Sewer Trial, then Positron, etc so people can work on their new characters.
I would like to avoid any VIP-only content. I'm seeing a lot of old players coming back as Premium members and would prefer not to shut them out. -
We're down to the last strike force. As with last week, this SF is the Weekly Strike Target.
Note: In order to start this SF, the leader has to have completed a patron arc. When signing up, please indicate if the toon you will bring has done their patron arc. I have several toons that have done this, but none of my tanks or support toons. I can bring someone who can start it, if I have to. If someone else can start it, I can bring whatever character will be most useful.

I don't know how it works in whatever country you are from but when I get a fine, that money comes from my wages automatically each week until it has been paid. The Emp merit fine too is coming from my wages automatically until it is paid. The only difference is the fact that I am never able to pay that debt. So I guess you are right, the term "punishment" isn't quite extreme enough by today's standards.
I guess that last statement also depends on whether or not you consider a government issued fine a punishment or not but I don't think I am over-crediting your intelligence too much by assuming you do.
And, seriously, you consider this SEMANTICS?
The difference between "This is no longer available." and "I am taking away your possessions." is SEMANTICS? But lets see I would also be collecting on the devs selling fixes and improvements for ATs. Then there was the prediction they would sell power directly in the game, which we have in terms of extra market slots and soon will broaden by selling every IO in the game and a bunch that currently aren't even in the game. Then there was my call that they would sell fixes to existing problems that were trivial but dress them up a little. Well we have attuned IOs selling the fix for the shortage of off max level recipes.

I think that the people who plot and scheme along these lines are already loaded and don't need to get recipes this way. I've been hitting the SSA and could buy over 50 LotG +recharge right now. In actuality, I have not spent a single A-Merit since the SSA was introduced. I don't 'need' to buy any recipes with them and I don't need recipes to sell for funds.
Then why am I stockpiling them? I dunno. My main toon has like 7000 reward merits and just under 10,000 Vanguard merits. I guess I'm dreaming of the day they introduce purple sets for healing, resistance and defense..... -

All of what Rajani said... *BUT FIRST* you must have confirmed your alignment in order to earn Alignment Merits from the SSA.
So if you hit 20 and run the SSA, you won't be permitted to claim an Alignment Merit. If you hit 20, run 10 alignment missions and a morality mission to confirm yourself in your current alignment, THEN you can claim Alignment Merits in the SSA from then on.
This went into effect with the patch TODAY. Apparently people were earning Alignment Merits just a little too fast so they needed a slight nerf. -

However, I'm thinking about systematically running all the TFs/Trials that have master badges - but at a different date/time. -
