It's not really "first purchase" its the transition from completely free to having paid for anything at all, at any time, including before Freedom launched. -
Any chance the video card is overheating? i.e. Do you monitor the temperature?
Also, though it likely has nothing to do with this problem, you should set the NCSoft Launcher to close after you start the game since it supposedly has a memory leak. It definitely uses excessive memory. -

Actually, EVERYONE can post in certain sections - the ones marked as "ALL ACCESS".
Also, they said they were going to turn on the yellow titles for all VIP players, whether you set that preference or not. However, this does not appear to have happened, since my name is not showing up in gold. Maybe that will happen later. Or maybe they changed their minds. -

Perhaps...but to flip it around, oftentimes the larger debits (there are FAR more Automated Clearinghouse, or ACH, debits these days) are often for more important expenses -- mortgages, insurance premiums, etc. So yes, there are certainly institutions who engage in paying the largest debits first because they can generate more fee income that way, there are also some who may choose that method as a service (I know that I'd prefer to have my mortgage paid before ANYTHING else).

I'd call maxing out individual powers basic min/maxing. It seems to me that the more advanced route is maxing out the total value of your available resources. A truly zen builder shouldn't even fear underslotting useful powers, which I'm not convinced going with only two slots in hasten can even be called, as long as the overall impact is positive.

Not entirely accurate - it has been proven that the qualifier for receiving A-merits from the SSA is the presence of either the morality power or countdown to morality power on the character. So, simply running the morality mission to turn Hero/Villain would be sufficient - running again to confirm would not be necessary
If you run the mission to CHANGE to hero or villain, then you must run the full set AGAIN to CONFIRM your alignment.
