By the way, in case people are not aware:
When you run Lars Hansen's arc via Ouroboros, everyone on the team unlocks Ernie. Unlike when you run the arc via Striga and only the mission-holder unlocks Hess.

The Ernesto Hess Task Force is up next. Or Citadel. Both are level 25-30, but we're doing Hess first. Citadel will be the week after.
NOTE: The team leader needs to have unlocked Ernesto Hess as a contact in order to start the task force. I have unlocked him on my defender. However, we generally end up running two teams so we will need a second person who has the contact unlocked. If you want to unlock Hess as a contact, you need to do Lars Hansen's arc. Running it via Ouroboros is faster than running through all the Striga arcs. Lars' arc is called "A Madman's Counsel".
