If you read the post immediately above yours, "Patch Notes for the Test Server indicate that the fix is in the most recent patch."
It has been confirmed (by someone in another thread) that the fix on Test works. When we get the next update, the zoom issue will be fixed on Live. -

This may, or may not, have been fixed since then. If you try changing an Incarnate power and the change won't stick, try the above.
As for which to take, the recharge is long enough that I just went with theme decisions. My tech tank took Ionic. My fire controller took Pyronic. My magic scrapper took Void. My dark defender took Void. -

That means that Freedom will make it easier for a new player to get all of those badges and rewards, though we'll have to see just how many Tier 9 VIP rewards there are, and how fast they cycle through, to see if you can realistically catch up on those.

If you're talking about game expansions, booster packs (Science Pack, Mutant Pack, Steampunk Pack, etc) - these are in the NCSoft store which is web based. If you're talking about server transfers, extra character slots, these are handled at the character selection screen. If you're talking about the Rocket Board, Titanic Weapons powerset, etc - these are not in the game yet and the store that will carry them does not yet exist. -

The contact is in Rikti War Zone, standing outside where he can get hit by artillery shells and the like.
This is a co-op task force so all alignments can join. Please remember that you need to have your Alpha slot unlocked AND SLOTTED in order to avoid operating at -4 levels. Even 1st Tier slotting will let you operate at normal level. Being level 46 would be bad since the enemies are all level 54.
