I cut and pasted the EXACT QUESTIONS INTO THE SPACE THEY SAID THE FIRST TIME.

You then make the assumption its MY fault. No I can and do follow the instructions - EXACTLY.

I am not going to repeatedly send the information when they have the freaking email in the EXACT format they requested. So, yes blame me for deleting my emails without notice and then not being able to roll it back and leaving it all up to the CUSTOMERS to tell you what you did wrong.

It never occurred to you the same people that hosed up our emails may also hose up the responce?

No, I have seen so many people blame us the gamers for the issues that are in this game and yet not once over the years when it was FIXED by a later update have I seen the apologists go back and give an apology - to the gamer.

This is the last email I got from them and yes, I had cut and pasted the reply EXACTLY as they said - here they have my email and yet they tell me they can't read it.

The IO's were 5 level 21 Kinetic Combat and 10 million influence

I sent petitions in and explained exactly which character and what exact IO's I had sent along with how much influence I lost and never got a single thing back.

Anyone else less than happy with the whole email debacle?

Or did you get everything back and no problem?

I have done a 22 minute ITF.

I would be happy to help you complete one if you like.

To do a speed ITF:

1. Damage and debuffs
2. Minimum number to do it
3. Speed past everything to reach the goals only don't fight when you don't need to
4. Crystals take them all down and ignore all mobs and ambushes
5. Jump to computer and AV's to start and do both AV's and the computer at once
6. go down the hill defeating generals as you go
7. Pull Rom onto the platform defeating all at one time and all incoming ambushes.

Now you can tell only some select characters can survive this. The crystals don't leave the entry way if you can't solo the crystal and mobs near it. Done right with the right characters - 6 crystals at a time are all solo'ed at once. I do this with my fire/Dark corr and 8 purples and I can cruise thru with no problem.

Howling Twilight.

Take a large group pull them to a corner with Darkest Night, Drop Tarpit, fear them and them stun all the minions and make all the Bosses and Lts try to run through molasses while they all die and no one on your team gets hurt.

Had a tank quit the team because they had 3 groups wipes fighting Carnies, I joined the team and no one died and we started steam rolling. When he quit we picked up another blaster

Howling Twight is one of the best debuffs, slows and stuns that can even rez that teammate who jumped in prior to you using it

Fire Tanks.

In the past this is what I HAD to take:

Now this puts you into your 30's before you are really a tank.

I am only 24 and now I can save getting 6 powers! It is a HUGE boost to make me a real tank in my 20's.

Here is the second best advice - if you are in a team and not having fun - quit. Say sorry folks that's it for me and drop out.

Now the other day we had a terrible mess trying to take down an AV in a tf with only 3 of us left and 3 people who dropped and yet didn't quit. We died many times and got to the AV and could not kill him. So we quit but it was still fun!

If you liked the Dark/Dark then you need to try a Fire/Dark corruptor.

It is nearly game breaking.

Fast thinking and yet capable of incredible feats of heroism?

Ice/Storm controller.

You have so many tools that can either help control the enemy or cause your team serious chaos that it is a great AT for the thinking man/woman.

try a Fire/Electric melee tank - I have mine to 15 after one day! The new Stamina at lower levels lets you be a powerhouse!

I love fire tankers. My first 40 then 50 was a Fire/Fire tank and they have been my favorites for a long time even if they are squishie for a tank.

However the building of an actual tank and not a slightly tougher scrapper for over 30 levels is a bit daunting as I have pondered a new character. That has all changed, now I can get Tough and 14 and Weave at 20.

I can get Burn at 18 and not sacrifice attack chains to survive. With IO's for Knockback I can skip Acrobatics, Combat Jump and Super Jump. What a difference it made in how I felt at rolling a brand spanking new Fire tank for the first time in many years.

I looked at the powers and when I get to take them and it made me smile as I walked my new level 1 Fire tank up those Atlas stairs last night. Thank you, I missed playing a new baby fire tank and now he can be a real tank in his early 20's not in his mid-30's!

I also after 6 years of being fine had my updater fail and crash the game. Now I must re-install the game completely and since I have a 5 gb cap on my service i am going to have to head out to a local internet cafe and load it onto a USB drive with my laptop.

I had the pre-load work perfectly but this last patch broke the game for me. So instead of enjoying new stuff, I am stuck for hours downloading again. This game has been a mess since Issue 17 for me as I get random lag and lockups and now this pain in the butt.

You know what I did as a challenge?

I greated characters with ZERO status effects in an arc. I created the Green Martians of Edgar Rice Burroughs. I made them quite tough as befits a warrior, had them hit fairly hard and then I posted the Arc and had a number of people run it - THEY LOVED IT.

It was very stiff competition, none of the groups could be defeated in a steam roller fashion. It also was fair - no one held, knocked back or mezzed you. The bad guys were also in the whole hard to hold, but they all had weaknesses - immobilize, slows and so on.

I was rated straight 5 stars for it by most people as the foes were a challenge yet very fair. I did it as a counter to the Devs who I say often take a shortcut - they use mezz to artificially add difficulty. Design and armor can make foes tough and resilient - while not holding your player in perma - status effect.

I have seen your complaint that we have to play the game to get content.

I haven't seen one suggestion as to how you would do it?

I will be the one to offer a solution - I will color all my shields and powers to Green and Red during the entire month of December.

I will cause the lights to glow in Paragon!
