Should I find another server or even another game?

I am just not getting invites like I use to when I played a few years back, I am hardly getting any at all and I am level 34 ill/rad controller I do not mind making teams but believe me I have tried what is going on? Virtue is almost always in the red.

How exactly are you going about looking for teams?

Do you use global chat channels?

Do you use the team search tool to set your LFT flag?

Do you try and form your own teams? If so, how?

Have you tried to find an active SG?

Well, it seems most teams are trying to do level 50 content, that would be the only reason I don't see you getting a team, and even then, I've seen posting for low level heroes, looking for members in broadcast (they can't all be you, can they? :O )

I'm not having any problems and I have been on both sides, and at different lvls.Yea I have seen the numbers drop but as stated most people are doin the lvl 50+ content right now.

It may also be that everyone is busy trying out the latest issue which added a lot of level 50 content. So you may not be seeing a lot of lower level teams.

First of all I do not appreciate your assumption towards me, I obviously said I have been attempting to make teams, in the past 3 or 4 nights I have been only in small teams these where teams I have made and been in, I should not have to explain myself to you, but of course I am going to use the forum and ask what is going on if I am not getting teams, and I was not aware of the new content I really need to get going rogue soon. And level 34 isnt that low, of course I see lower level teams, but still do not find as many as I use to.

Having a hard time finding a good sg to, havent seen many spamming.

And the only reason I was asking if I should leave the game, is because the most important aspect is teaming in a mmorpg for me, and if I do not have that id much rather spend my money on single player games.

I think you should go with your gut.

Plenty of factors must be taken into account. Most importantly is time of day and what day of the week. Like any MMORPG, this isn't your backyard. What maybe flexible hours for some, may not be so for others living 3 hours further down the time zones. Some days of the weak also provide higher chance of invites. I work weekends and I'm at work all night on Sundays, so for my case I'm not around until way later in the AMs.

Also the Incarnate system just came out. This content is strictly for level 50s as endgame. People maybe ditching their alts for the time being to get into the seats of their veteran characters and running them through the content. Be patient and let the novelty wear off. As a simple observer and even participator, there's been Mothership raids daily consistently since I19's launch to where RWZ has been split into 4 shards at the most with 1 and 2 full, if not all the time, most of the time.

When Going Rogue launched it was the opposite. Plenty of lowbies were around and nobody was doing the high end TFs. Learn the feel of the metagame and you kind of gain an understanding of the average mentality of players on Virtue. It just takes patience.

I never seen a lft team channel, I have done channel searches I mostly play central times at night but like I said above the server is in the red when I am trying to find a team.

Here's a tip: Instead of fighting against the new extravaganza; use it to your favor.

We're only 4 days in from the new issue, so of course there the population from 45 and lower will be greatly reduced due to the fact that this issue is catering to level 50+ content. I am sure if you ask all those whom are veterans, they've got a lot of 50's they are dusting off to play this and future coming issues. So, it doesn't matter which server you go to, since the same problems will carry over with more extremes in some cases, but how you can create opportunities out of difficult situations.

So how can you use this to your advantage?

Since you are so close to 35 (at the time you posted the starting thread) go to the Rikti War Zone and jump in on the mother ship raids. Sure you won't get merits but that can be solved in a level.

Once you are 35, you got 2 options now: Go to Cimerora and jump in on the ITF's that are starting every 5-15 minutes. One run can guarantee a few levels, plus unlocking the roman armor set. OR... Continue with the mother ship raids and collect vanguard merits.

At 45, this is where you can join any TF available (minus the incarnate TF's), but most notably run Maria Jenkins' arc on hero side, or finish "Operation Destiny" on villain side.

These suggestions are a guarantee way to get teams and levels, however due to the grinding of this nature or if you want to do your own level content you may want to try this:

- Form or join any of the many available TF's
- Form or join tip missions. There was a ton newly made tips that were released.
- Use and abuse the Ourbouros: The Clavin Scott TF made a return in there, plus there's a new hero and villain mission arc that you can flashback to.
- Try and seek out a Cathedral of Pain trial since those are still rare to find to the open public.

For the real odd way to get exp... Badge hunt the new exploring badges.

The real answer why Virtue is in the red but no one is around: Instance Missions being the number one culprit, and people are just where they've congregated to... Peregrine Island, Grandville, Rikti War Zone, Cimerora, Ourbouros, Zone events in Praetoria and of course Pocket D.

So, in short, go to where people congregate (with the exception of Pocket D) and listen to, and use, the Broadcast channel for openings in any teams.

Like I said, the teams are out there. These answers should get you into a bunch and hopefully you'll make new friends and SGs/alliances and whathaveyou and you'll be having the fun you want to have!

That's... actually some crazy-good advice for teaming in the wake of I19. I'll have to give that a try when I'm able to as well. Thanks for that!

Hm. I'm not having any issues getting teams, even when I'm not looking, on the lower population servers. When I've hopped onto characters on Virtue and Freedom, I've gotten tons of invites. Do you play during some off-hours?

What is this server wide channel for looking for team you guys are talking about there is only the looking for task force server channel and the virtue server channel the others are not lft from what I have seen and hardly any of them have any kind of lft spam.
