Can't turn right while jumping forward, pleeeeeese help
Turn left and you'll eventually get to where you want to go.
and the e key works fine in all other situations?
have you tried to manually set it to the right turn?
have you tried mapping another key to right turn?
and then mapping it back?
My first thought is, it probably has to do with your keyboard's design.
There isn't an individual cable plugging every key into the connector. Instead, there are zones of keys that pass on a numerator to the hardware that says, "Ah, zone 3 returned a value of 1, therefore the "w" key was pressed," and the computer responds appropriately. However, each of these sectors can generally only read one key press at a time. That's likely the issue you're getting, although I would expect Alienware to zone their keyboards better for gaming.
Which leads me to my second theory: there's some kind of shortcut key listener software running (that probably came pre-installed on the machine) that's choking the ability to run certain combinations of key presses.
I'd see if you can borrow a cheap USB keyboard from a friend to see if that solves the issue (in which case it's the first problem I described). I'm using a $16 Microsoft USB keyboard, and it works just fine when I use W+E. If you still have the issue, then it's time to dig through the bloatware that Alienware pre-installed on your system.

I had a friend who experience issues with the Windows + E key combo due to the ATI Hotkey Poller. (I suggested he turn the poller off and the problem went away, but I'm not sure if that's all he did.) Do you have that running?

I actually run into this issue with my keyboard as well, but with the arrow keys rather than the lettered ones. I've found that if I use auto run, I can turn in any direction, but if I'm pressing the forward key and try to turn right, it's a no-go. So, I just try to remember to hit auto-run whenever I plan on doing a lot of jumping. *shrug*

I forget what it's called, but it's a feature.
I wouldn't call it a feature. It's simply a result of the keyboard design, specifically how the keys are wired. Some keyboards do it, some don't. I had a Microsoft keyboard for years. When it wore out, I replaced it with a virtually identical model (from Microsoft) and it had this problem. I'm currently using a Logitech keyboard.

Yes. I've tried all of these thing. I've also restored to default settings each time.

Is there another place I should look?
Dell has just replaced my laptop with a new Alienware Laptop M17xR2.
When using super jump (or any jump for that matter) I have a problem turning right.
I press the space bar, w and q and I go up, forward and veer left, as it's supposed to. If I do the same thing, but press E instead, he won't turn. If I take my finger off either the space bar or W key, the toon will then turn.
I have not set up any key mapping, ever, but I tried reseting to factory defaults instead and it still didn't work.
Funny story, they had to send me a second one because the refurb one they sent me didn't work. It had the same problem. So to try and make certain it wasn't a software conflict with something I installed, I installed CoX first, and it still had the problem.
Now mind you, my wife has a mac, and it works (and has) just fine on hers with no problem.
The only thing I can figure is there must be something in the alienware software that's hogging that key map some how.
Can anyone help me fix this problem? I don't mind uninstalling a piece of software, but I'd rather not just start installing things left and right.
Don't know if it helps or not, but here is the computer's configuration according to Dell, and as a side note, I have the newest driver and firmware update for my video card. (Still same problem).
Thank you so so so so much for the help!
