Quote:You left out the Shivans and The Rikti which just wipe out what you just told us, The ourobos Arc there said the Shivans are Scouts for the Coming Storm and the Rikti also has a part to play in it, The Preatoria aren't The Coming Storm, but they might be Devourer by it, or cause it to happen bye riping apart space and time.Alright.
What we know so far.
The Ghost Writer from Ouroborus and other places has predicted a coming storm. And threatened Ouroborus itself with annihilation.
We know that Cole pushed back the Devouring Earth that went nutzoid in Praetoria. Cole defeated the Hamidon there, and established his city safe from the rampant DE threat.
At the end of the I:18 content from the new arcs for Tina and Maria, and the Praetorian Arcs. Cole is set to launch an invasion of Primal Earth, viewing Primal Earth as needing Saving.
This appears to be the "coming storm" foretold in the letters and by the Ouroborus Menders.
What we know about I19.
There will be a new, High level Co-Op Task force to lead into the Alpha Incarnate stuff.
There will be the beginning of Cole's Invasion.
Ouroborus is under attack , and from the other screen shots, so is KR. Since thats the Police HQ in the back ground, looking the worse for wear.
Rampant Speculation
Cole's invasion is the coming storm and that's apparently something Ouroborus is fighting against.
Cole has intel in Primal Earth and he'd have to see Ouroborus, with it's time-line altering abilities as a threat.
My guess... Cole is the one writing the letter's, he's been trying to incite heroes in primal earth not to trust Ouroborus. He sees them as a threat to his plan and he is going to make it his primary target.
In the pictures there are tentacles. BIG Tentacles. They don't look familiar, they don't look like Lusca or the Hydra.
So I'm thinking Cole attacks Ouroborus.... With PRAETORIAN HAMIDON!
Think about it....
We know he beat it, he could have captured it. (In fact I think some of the Praeotorian Arcs alluded to them having the Hamidon creature in captivity some where.)
And the Going Rogue site, in Cole's bio, goes out of it's way to state that Praetorian Hamidon has claws and tentacles. Which I always thought was a weird detail to throw in, if they didn't plan on using it.
Cole Attacks Ouroborus by unleashing the Praetorian Hamidon he captured, all over it.
And we get to fight it! It would certainly be worthy of Incarnate level heroes, and an EPIC fight...
/End Speculation.
Edit: I see a Giant crystal DE monster there in Ouroborus as well. That DE presance makes me think even more,, Praetorian Hamidon VS Ouroborus... -
Ah no problem I got Patience, Don't need Mids either, I19 going changes our builds I get it, but it's not a threat but a good Change. We don't need to waste the other slots now on the Fitness Pool. We can pick another travel Power or get Aid Self or another power we always wanted. So what we going need to do some work, no big deal, then again you don't have to respec either if it's to much trouble for you.

He already died once in the Comic Books and since the Comic books are tied to the game now, I don't think they be doing that, Also they have to remove all the content with Statesman with it, which would be to much to count for.

Quote:You Lied to us, Told us it was top 10, I only see 2, I will never will trust you againAn ongoing discussion of very useful game elements in City of Heroes that people don't use, don't know about, or don't appreciate enough.
1. Empowerment Buffs.
For the price of three pieces of salvage (two common, one uncommon) you get a full hour of a buff of your choice from the Empowerment Altar in your Supergroup Base. Your dominator still 3 LotG's away from perma-dom? No problem, get a 20% boost to your attack rate for pennies. You have issues with endurance below 20? The Empowerment Altar can grant a recharge rate boost as well.
The altar also grants bonuses to resistance of various damage types, and even protection from unusual and annoying effects like knockback and endurance drain.
Somebody cranking up the price of Demon Blood today? No problem, each buff has three recipes, one for each salvage tier!
2. Confusion
In the category of "Something people don't appreciate enough", I hear all the time people complaining about confused creatures "stealing exp." This is true to a point, but the math behind how confused creatures' damage effects the rewards gained at the defeat of an enemy means you won't get a better deal on exp/time than pitting confused enemies against each other.
Think of it this way: Say it would take you 30 seconds to defeat monster X with your normal rate of damage. That's too long! Lets enlist monster Y to help us out by confusing him: You and monster Y both wail on X and it takes you half the time to defeat the enemy, so about 15 second.
But wait, Monster Y dealt half the damage! Now he steals half the exp, right? Nope. Monster Y only steals 20% of the exp, you get a full 80% Do you see what just happened there? Your exp/time just went up by 60%
Let's say you're fighting really tough critters, and your damage is just piddling compared to theirs: in this situation, Monster Y deals a full 90% of the damage! Well, surely you'll get a piddling percentage of the rewards, right? Wrong. You get a full 30% from a mob a confused creature dealt 90% of the damage to. It would have taken you ten times as long to kill this guy by yourself, which means by using confuse here your exp/time went up 200%! That's three times as much exp as normal. Unless you're facing enemies you can one-shot kill, confusion is ALWAYS a bargain.
Add the fact that confusion is a hard control: confused monsters will not attack you. Even better, confused monsters will actually turn around and buff you if they have buffing powers. Confusion is, quite frankly, overpowered. However, the intense misunderstanding of how it works by the playerbase have kept is fairly safe from the nerfbat all these years.
