Here here! I hate the Gold background as well. Thank you for sharing this. What I have been doing is making the costume while in the blue or red background, saving the file, and then importing it when I actually make the Praetorian character. The gold is far too bright.

The only thing the instructions describe are how to install -- Nothing in the instructions to choose non-purple or what exactly this will do/apply to your game (ex.: is this only changing Praet character creation screens or all creation screens? other screens than these or just the character creation?)
Is there a way to make all the loaders the same color, of your choosing? (definately not purple)
The game client has similar issues with forcing your toon to use the color settings of that morality/side (even if you have changed them and saved your wdw settings, switch sides and voila it changes the colors on you)
I'm working on a program that will let you pick a color, and apply it to the cityscape BG that all the screens use. Not sure how long it'll be, but it will be.

Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.
I had no problem here, in fact I like the Gold Background.
