I have teamed more since Issue 16 with Pick Ups than I did in the last 15 issues. My experiences are the complete opposite of the OP. I have actually seen alot of faces I have not seen in years return to the game.
Maybe a breath mint would help? -

I have been away for a long time, and came back alittle bit ago playing casually, but ready to get back in the saddle again. I did't think Hami Raids still went on.
My 1st toon, Lokbane (50 Fire/Storm Controller), is pretty much Hami-O'ed in most of his powers, and still has about 5 sitting in his 10 slot inventory to trade.
He was the 3rd Controller on Virtue to hit 40 before they upped the cap to 50 and still fun to play, but not much to do with a Level Cap Toon.
Has anything changed drastically? I was at most of the scheduled raids along time ago. It would be nice to see hundreds of people in action again, even though it took a minute or more for an action to happen. 8^)
I am still a member of VirtueUnited Channel that used to be the old Hami Raid Channel. Is there a new one to listen to the chatter?
Just a clarification, this strategy is being attempted in Hive 2 for the second raid of the night, correct? -
My wife has been playing with me for over 3 years. She even tried WoW with me for a little bit. I even got her involved in PvP, back when PvP was worth being involved in.

Does anyone know if Flashback Arcs award merits to the entire team or just the team leader?
I have yet to do one with a team since Merits had been introduced so was not sure myself. -
I guess this would explain why I have seen so many lock ups and lag issues in the past couple days.

For me, it is my WP/SM Tanker. Incredible amount of survivability and puts out some big damage numbers.

If you really want to grab someone's attention when forming a team, use their name like you know them.
"Hey Grae, got a x level teaming running, want in?"

I made a character on Pinnacle nearly a year ago on a request of one of my RL friends. He'd never set foot into Pocket D beforehand, and thought the setup was pretty cool. But, there was absolutely noone there. Not a soul but the two of us. He said that there was never a reason to be there. Not even as a thru-traffic to get to Faultline.
I can understand a non-RPer to be curious and pop his head in just to see what the hub-bub is about. But I don't know; I can't help but feel the only other reason that non-RPers go to PD is to actively grief other players who are just trying to have fun. I think it's a shame that people feel the need to ruin it for others. We all pay monthly to exist in the same game world. We shouldn't have to put up with it.
- Cut through access to a few zones.
- Easy place to get to to buy small inspirations.
- Combined hero and villain arena terminals. (main reason for me)
- Holiday Events (both Valetine's Day and Christmas events are held there)
- Easiest place to find RPers to grief

They are right, RP folks are the minority, so perhaps since your IN THE MINORITY, then move to a smaller server, establish a whole new RP community there, I suggest Triumph or Infinity. You'll have the D to yourselves & entire areas of to RP in, without issues with the Non RP folks.
Either way, trying force all non RP'rs off this server, GL with that, you'll have to somehow convince us all to move & how it's far more easier for us to gather teams on a dead server to level.

I would agree with Flea, Cold corruptors/defenders (and Rad) can crush most regen scrappers and stalkers.
