Doomguide is correct.
The beauty of Ouroboros and TF/SF is everyone who is on the team gets the merits at the end as long as they are in the final mission long enough to qualify for the award versus story arcs which only provide merits to the arc holder.

Does anyone know if Flashback Arcs award merits to the entire team or just the team leader?
I have yet to do one with a team since Merits had been introduced so was not sure myself.
