The difference from perception cap and stealth cap is 10ft. If a stalker has Hide, stealth and Stealth IO 10ft is the best you can hope to achieve.

If you want a stalker hunter i suggest Fire/Regen/Weapons scrapper.

Take tactics, and targetting drone with a perception IO for Perc cap.

However the thing about stalker now is they are stupidly overpowered hence why there are nothing but them in zones now.

With almost every stalker having these at it's disposal the only stalker you are going to hunt and kill will be a very stupid one, or one that suffers from lag.

If mac posted, as he did, that people levelled that fast during the last Double XP Weekend, he is one of the few people I would believe without question on that. Now, there are several people that could make the same post and I'd be skeptical about how fast the characters were levelled. There are a really small minority of players that could make the same post and I'd believe them as quickly as I believe mac. There are possibly some players that could make that statement and I'd call BS on it everytime they said it.

The main issue with "Farming" "Power leveling" etc is its public presence. People spamming in broadcast or sending out of the blue tells is far more irksome than the idea that somewhere out there, someone is gaining levels very fast. True, some people hold an attitude of "Back in my day, when we wanted to level, we had to go barefoot, in the snow, uphill, BOTH ways!", but that's mostly a by-product of the annoyance they feel towards all these tells and broadcasts.
