I wonder if this is the same bug we got in GR closed beta, where Marauder told players to come back and see him when they were level 50?

Quote:Poor Eddie suffers from the common villain problem of thinking he's way better than he actually isAlso, the Emperor may be counting on Maelstrom to provide him with key info about Primal Earth, but anyone who's done the missions with him in it can tell he's about three bullets short of a full clip.

And if Crazy Eddie is providing the targets for the invasion, it would explain why the zones udner attack on the Apex TF are Kings Row (PPD HQ) and Steel Canyon (Icon), and not Atlas Park (City Hall and Vangaurd office), Galxy City (Freedom Corps HQ), Rikti War Zone (Vanguard HQ), Peregrine Island (Portal Corp and Vangaurd office), Independence Port (major supply route for the city), Terra Volta (power supply for the city) or Founders' Falls (Vanguard office). -
I like using [Knowledge] on new players

The main reason we think I20 might be big is the signed NDA - and I'm not sure the war walls coming down would need a signed NDA

And big doesn't have to mean visually big - like the AE and power customization were huge changes to the game that took lots and lots of work to create - but the actual visual changes from them were not that big. -
There are no extra slots - if people are happy with their current builds, then they'd just spend them on other powers and unbalance them.
-
This is one of the purposes that cleavage is used for - to safely catch bullets that might normally bounce off your chest and harm someone.

The Paragon Citry Privateers are the baseball team - Apex mentions them in one of the early comics.

You could maybe not do the whole destroying cities thing and do something nice instead?

Quote:You're really going to enjoy one of the new zone events in I19 thenI love standing in front of a bunch of Protesters in Praetoria with my Archery guy, then shot them with my AoE attack and watch them crumble with arrows sticking out of their chest.
Usually one or 2 gets missed and tries to run away, I shoot them in the back as they run and watch them slowly fall over.

This has to be one of the more epic left field thread titles ever

But stopping the invasion was Marchand's Plan A, which has failed - the war's started now, so he would need a Plan B - which could quite easily be asking the loyalists who went to Paragon city to try and take out the mediporter system to end the war as fast as possible, and save as many lives of his Praetorian troops as possible.
It'd be another classic "greater good" set up for them - take out the mediporter system so one side gets slaughtered fast, rather than allowing the war to drag on for ages, with huge casualties on both sides. -

I think all the servers have nice communities - Freedom and Virtue just appear to have more PLers and farmers because they both have the two biggest server populations.
-
Defiant happens to be my server when I'm playing Euro-side - but as you're on the wrong side of the law, I can only give you verbal help until unless you go into a co-op zone

And welcome to the game and the forums

Yes it is - a society where evil vigilante crimes are acceptable is the kind of society evil vigilantes would prefer to live in.
Just look at the two of the major supervillains in the game who have enough power to set up their own state - Recluse and Tyrant both have different styles to their dictatorships, but the end results are the same - they've both created a society that fits their image of what society should be like and how it should operate - their societies justify their actions.
Recluse likes the idea of "survival of the fittest", so the society he created mirrors that - just like Tyrant is afraid of free will, so the society he built has no free will.
So if you're a superpowered person who thinks mutliating prisoners is a good idea, then a society that thinks the same way would be much better for you than one that found the idea disgusting.
Once villains get to a certain level of power, they stop fighting against society, and start remaking it in their own image.
