For example, right now the game only has to render one texture for your legs, because you can only have one type of leg part - but by letting players have separate left and right leg parts, the game then has to render twice as many textures for the legs. -

Personally, I imagine that the entire zone will allow for the +3, or, the zone will only have enemies up to like 52 and only allow Alpha and door missions will allow +3 and have 54s.
Even with just the Aplha shift, that means that players will be taking on blues and whites - and even without the other 2 level shifts, full Incarnates are still going to be running around with their Lore pets and unleashing Judgement attacks on blue and white mobs.
Street sweeping drop rates will need to be attractive enough to be an option, but not enough to be the first choice for getting Incarnate rewards. -

Actually, it was for practical reasons - it was way easier to set up the streaming in just one room, so they chose the big room, because that was where the opening panel and keynote speech were going to be held - that meant that the following panels that were going to be exclusive to the summit goers would have to be in the other room.

edit: Well, for legs anyways. I suppose they already have the robot arms upper body which shows that the upper body at least can handle arms of different sizes. Regardless, I don't think we'd ever see a part size slider. -

With mobs being 50-54, letting people be +3 might make the street sweeping too easy - if the mobs were 54-54+4, then there'd be no problem with letting people be +3. -
I'm not sure if he just left it out or not, but there was no mention of IXP in the list of Incarnate rewards in DA - which might mean that's one of the ways they'll slow down the non-Trial progress, by getting players to convert their Threads into IXP, rather than converting them into components.

I just realized that when Second Measure said at SDCC that the next zone to be revamped was going to be one that had only been suggested once or twice on the forums, he was using Incarnate level sarcasm

Maybe there could be an option to choose what sized league you'd like to queue for? Like 8-12, 12-16, 16-20 or 20-24, so you might feel ok with being in a 12-16 queue for BAF, but might also prefer to be in a 20-24 queu for UGT.

They're just giving an example of how the Incarnate zone will work in exactly the same way as a normal zone - only with Incarnate rewards.

That might be the Diabolique Incrante Trial

I wonder if she's fled to Primal Earth now that she's freed from Tyrant's control? Also, her use of spirits and apparitions to boost her power in FW might mean that she'd be drawn to all the spirits left in DA as a new source of power. -
