Been playing EU servers for a while and the numbers that are on it nowadays is a joke access to a gobal pvp server would be good for the entire community or give the EU players a chance to transfer some of the toons across the water to US side.

PVP Changes
Fixed PvP rewards to function once again. Now, influence, inspirations, and other normal rewards occur on every PvP kill, while PvP IO recipes can only be rewarded on rep-valid kills
Also lowering the rep timer from 10 minutes to 5 minutes.
These are the most tarded changes yet all this will do is break the market for these io's even more. Soon ppl will be paying 1 bill for sets and your normal pvp'er and player will be even more less attactive to pvp aweseome work. -

There are 2 things wrong with this statement
1.This short buff time mixed with long recharge you have said the numbers your talking about are with a 3 slotted BU & AIM is about 45 sec of a base of 90 so already halfed with a duration of 10 sec each so after u have click this power you really only have to wait 35 sec if I am correct till that buff wear off and your next time you would use it again.
2.The most effective way of slotting them 2 power for there max benfit is not 3 slotting I find it is 5 slotting to 6 slotting the power in question for +recharge+tohit+end discount.
Gimping yourself out of these powers is not recommended for you would be lossing out of doin an on top of your current damage by 162% and a tohit of 52% in every single mob you fight. Also the point in taking these power is to do insane spike damage. -

Taunt and confront do a -75% to range if i remember righty and since ur using 60 feet as a base that would mean u would drop the ranged attack by 45 feet leaving at just 15 feet so i dont see this as an advanage to range. -

I figured it was a pvp build build u also took Ice bolt which is a minor attack just suggesting freeze ray being a minor attack with a good secondary effect plus with ut also be know to hold scrapers with it. Still pretty nice build

Is this build pvp or pve and you have also missed some key attacks (Freeze Ray and Blizzard)

Rofl I think this is just a rant there nothing wrong with aid-self with my /SR scrapper it is a critial power to have. -

It depends on what your planning to do with your stalker really I personaly love SR but in the end the choice is your own.
Are you planning on PvP'in or PvE with your toon would also be considered into your choice selection. I beleave its all in the eye of the beholded and if your not sure make 1 of each and lvl them. That should give u and idea which you like.
There is to much to consider to tell a player which is better cos I personaly dont know what your play style is so I dont want to mis-lead you in saying SR is the best (just an example) to many arguements start over somthing that simple.
Running out of end is something we all stalkers suffer pre stamina but once you have it your sorted

Is it me of has you forgot one of your critical shields at lvl 16 known as Practice Brawler.
Mez protection always handy recommend you get build up at an earlier lvl as well for slotting. -
Nice post but would be a help if you have hero builder and post the build you have up.
Build's for stalkers are tricky things but what u have posted up seems petty good btw.
Selling enhancements between lvl is also a good way making inf also exmp down to do sf's also helps. -

First things first integration is a self-buff (100%)
Fast healing is a self-buff (75%)
Reconstruction is a heal (25% health points)
Istant healing is a self-buff (800%)
Dull pain is a self-buff + heal (40% health boost 40% health points)
Add all them powers together (excluding dull pain} will keep your Regeneration high.
Dull pain is the only + base health point temp

Spines in my eye is a darkhorse and cant be very effective just takes creative thinking.
Em/ is just a fotm atm. which is a shame due to me making mine about 7 months ago now everyone seems to have them but with meh builds.
Raw damage is nice but so is -flys toxic's and range attacks.
I am talking from the fact of having a EM/SR stalker made for pvp
IF were talking pvp btw energy is also highy resisted due to most ppl's pvp build will try to encorprate resistants or deffence against energy. -
Spine/nin Spine/SR is just as effective in pvp as EM/.
I kno this due playin with both AT and was impressed with both in pvp.
Its all about tactic's now currenly making a another pvp build of dark/dark stalker.
