Deceive is reasonably quick to recharge and has decent duration so it's likely that you could survive without some or all of the confuse durations you've slotted.
Spectral Terror recharges as soon as the previous one disappears and does quite well with even just the base slot for accuracy so again it's likely you could survive without some of the slots you've put in the power. -
Xanthus led a successful raid pretty soon after the changes went live. It's been pretty quiet on the Hami raiding front since then.

I've a little sg on Union that was started for my alts but then my sister and brother put their Union alts in it. My sister (bless her) has run in sg mode all the way through levelling her Union main and has earned close to 800k so far (which is a very decent proportion of our total of 1.4 million so far). With her early prestige earnings and the prestige we earned from padding the sg membership to 15 with alts we made the jump away from the oversight centre surprisingly quickly.
Once we got the power and control sorted out we just added teleports and additional control as the prestige mounted up. It's quite satisfying really, seeing the base get more and more developed. That satisfaction even made me do the near-impossible and conquer my altitis - I've been playing my Union main almost exclusively now from lvl 19 to lvl 35 which is the longest stretch I've had playing a single character in the last 18 months. -
For a fun PvP tourney I'd be more than happy to turn up with a tank

Defiant did do it. Everyone died rather a lot but I for one had great fun (with my illusion controller who contributed plenty with his secondary + hold and damage from his primary of course
).

The old Hami was a walk in the park - enjoyable and something you wouldn't mind doing every so often. The new Hami is like climbing a mountain - doable with some decent organisation but once you've done it you don't feel any particular need to climb it again.

Are you trying to attach a tech beacon to an arcane teleport and is that maybe the issue? (I'm only starting to dabble in bases myself so I don't know if it's possible to mix and match the two types of teleports with the two types of zone beacon).

It's funny cos it's true...
Tip for mace tankers in PvP: Take clobber so you can occasionally inconvenience enemies who lack mez protection.
Also, opening with Jawbreaker on characters without knockback protection can give you enough time to knock some more hit points off them before they can escape...

I personally won't be joining in any call for adjustments to Invul tankers - IMO Invincibility, Dull Pain, excellent S/L resists and judicious use of Unstoppable combined with a well-rounded build make for a very survivable tanker and I'm perfectly happy with the survivability level my tanker's at. Best of luck getting improvements for yourself though.

Congrats to Spag on his victory last night
I have the individual fight results written down at home but overall it was a 3-0 victory with 25 deaths for me and 0 deaths for Spag
It was good fun though

Sorry I can't provide a link to back this up but I did read on the US forums a while back (pre-new Hami) that one of the US servers tested this out on a Hami raid and had all the tanks full out attacking Hami while one taunted. They were not able to steal the aggro from the taunting tank - each individual tank's punchvoke was lower than that required to steal the aggro from the taunter.

Superior because you can attack with it on. My memory of levelling up my ill/kin was that you wouldn't draw aggro on yourself until you'd defeated one enemy in a group but levelling up my ill/FF once I attacked one enemy they all knew I was there. Either they changed the way it works at some point or my memories are faulty.

Sunday evening would be best for me - I still have to respec two of my characters and I'd like to do some missioning with them on Saturday and Sunday to get used to where all the powers are in my tray. Name a time on Sunday and I should be available for it

My Ill/Kin really came alive for me in the run from 40 to 50 - you have Fulcrum properly slotted then and you have the ancillary pools which give the option of picking up some attacks so you can play a more direct role in dealing damage. Both teaming and soloing became more enjoyable for me those last 10 levels.
