Something else to remember is that if a Brute is reaching that cap through fury they have to maintain the people attacking them or them attacking to high enough level to keep up at the cap.
For a scrapper if they are buffed to hit their cap, it just stays there until the buff wears out. -

Mine actually has not come up yet for some reason.
It was suppose to happen on Oct 19th but no luck yet. I am giving it another week before I send in to ask about it again. -
Remembering from previous years, the event spawns will get closer together as it gets closer to Halloween.
So expect them to be happening more often soon.
Just hope lag doesn't hit across when they are happening. -

I still enjoy the game immensely. Have lots of 50's and many still mucking around to get there.
The real fun of the game comes with running around with SG mates.
And those 8 man TF's you said you haven't done are some of the best in the game. -

Why are you putting the whole Performance Shifter in Stamina? Two and a normal SO will hit the cap and then some.
Why do you have recharge in Combat Jumping?
And that is the Luck of the Gambler +7.5% recharge bonus for all of his powers and it just can go into Combat Jumping. -
The reason that katana/shield is not allowed is because both the katana and shield are held in the left hand in this game.
So they would either have to change all of the animations for katana to be in the right hand (which is the correct place anyway) or change the shield animations to be in the right hand.
Both would involve a lot of work.
And although there are many items that clip currently, I do not see them create any set combo that would purposely cause clipping on basically all of the powers. -
The issue that has been stated is that the shield attaches to the arm in the same place that the spines or the claws would. Until they recode to differenciate (sp) that fact, I do not see those 2 combos being opened up.

The secondaries are:
Dark Armor (/DA)
Fiery Aura (/FA)
Invulnerability (/Inv)
Regeneration (/Regen)
Shield Defense (/SD)
Super Reflexes (/SR)
Willpower (/WP)
All scrapper configurations are great.
What are you looking for? More single target power or AoE power? Damage output, survivability? -
I was noticing the same sort of thing last night on one of my scrappers. He seemed to be missing WAY more than usual.
I will have to keep an eye on it for a bit and see if I can figure out any pattern. -
The swords debuff defense but you can put the Achille's Heel Proc for -res in there and that will help some.

As for the ragnarok proc, if it works properly in ice storm, it'll have a chance to go off when you first drop the power and again at every ten second interval as long as the power is still going.

Well I have to post this one just because after all the years my SG still chuckles on this one.
We were running the Maria Jenkins arc and were on the last mission, Tyrant. We are at the last room. Mr. and Ms. Biowaste are myself and my best friend's toon. Mr. Biowaste is a stone/stone tank. He takes off down the stairs into the room and right as he is about to get into the first group hits his shileds...OFF.
He didn't do it on purpose and he did survive but it took us forever to clear that section just because the rest of us were laughing so hard that we could not fight well.
It was one of the funniest things.
Really makes for great memories and is just so darn funny. -
To the OP.
Let's just take your convert scenerio. Have you ever heard of a general admission concert. It is all first come first serve.
You have a limited number of tickets that are allowed to be sold (the arenas capacity) which is directly related to the amount of players being allowed onto a single server. Once that number is full no one else can come in. Now if a person leaves the concert their ticket basically becomes available and someone else can go in just like the servers.
If you do not like being locked out during big events then move servers. If you like the server you are on then deal with the fact you will ahve times you cannot get into the server during high volume times.
My SG specifically went out a picked a 2nd server that we created characters and a SG on for if our server ever has issues. Do we play over there often? No but we do play at times. We still mainly are on our main server but if we need an available server it is there.
Now if you decide to create some alts on other servers don't go the route of I play on Freedom and have to have another high volume server so I will create on Virtue because it has the same issue during double XP weekends.
Of course that would be logical but after reading many of your posts that would be questionable. -
Why did you put the Eradication proc in Hot Feet instead of the Armageddon proc? The Armageddon one does more damage and higher chance to proc as well as you would get another set bonus.

They would not do this since MA was advertised as an alternate way to level a character from 1 to 50.

How would running AE missions help you in getting purple drops?
Unless it is a dev choice you are not going to get any recipe drops. -

Well it does seem that they just fixed the Soulbound Allegiance (I think it is only on test as I didn't read enough to see where the patch notes are from).
Invention System
The Soulbound Allegiance very rare IO set will now correctly enhance summoned pets that are summoned at a level less than 50. This affects pets such as Fire Imps, Mastermind Minion henchmen and Mastermind Lieutenant henchmen. Removed the note on these enhancements stating that these enhancements wouldnt improve these types of powers.

Soulbound Allegiance is not helping your Imps. There was a post recently where the devs specifically say that it does not work on Imps (I think it says any pet that does not summon as level 50 it does not work on).
If I can find it I will post it.
Not sure if the set bonuses still work for you though. -
Our base is the same way in that we have the largest plot and people get turned around easily.
We have it setup so that all of the needed items are near the front (telepads, med bay, oroborous crystals and containers). The whole back of the base is our individual rooms for our SG members, this allowed each to be creative in their own space. Of course doing a mission in there would be impossible because many of our members have setup little mazes to hide away some of their secret spaces in their rooms, or they close off the room when they are doing new updates to it. -

I use it on my Fire/Kin so that it is easier to shield and SB my imps (I know that SB doesn't help their attack but it does help them keep up). -
If you look at your team window now there should be a Pet option. Click that and it should open up the pet window you are looking for.
From then on it will be open until you close it (even after logging out). -
That is very odd.
I was PvP against my son in Warburg and between us we have gotten 3 of the recipes (we were also working on the SG PvP kills badge so foght a lot).
All of them were level 50 and we are both level 50.
So this might be a shot in the dark but you said you were level 33 and it turns out that the guy you took down was 50.
Well a level 41 recipes is splitting the difference (dropping the fraction).
I have no idea if that is the correct way to figure it out but hey, it does SEEM to work out. -

Funny concept, good writing. I enjoyed the dialog for all of the hostages and for Crazy Bob himself. I ran this as a solo lvl 18 fire/thermal controller, did not complete. Crazy Bob was too hard for me.
A few mechanics tips for you. You have several hostages and they're all listed separately, in the text category you can change all of the "plural nav text" to the same thing and they will be listed as "4 hostages to rescue" instead, or whatever else you choose. You don't necissarily have to put "hostage" in front of all the hostages name, but that's your decision. Also, having mezzing minions makes things quite challenging for many types of characters, keep that in mind. Also Crazy Bob was just nonstop mezzing me where I couldn't hardly get an attack off, as a controller even if I got a hold in, unless it was an overpowered hold, I was dead before it recharged.
A couple text issues: Mission briefing - " I need you to get over to Bob's Car Dealership and free those hostages and put a stop to Bob and his crew." run-on sentence, change the first and into a comma.
Bob's unaware dialog - "all of your will be looking for new jobs." It also has <br> tags, or linebreaks that have to be removed.
Other than that, I enjoyed it pretty well. I'm sure it would have been much easier on a higher level character with some mez protection.

Was it too hard because of the ambush or just Bob himself?
I will have to take a look at him with the new changes for custom critters as I am not sure he might have 2 fears which I thought I had gotten around before.

Adding some edits:
I some how missed your comments about the hostages listings. The reason each hostage is listed seperately is because when I tried to do 4 in one objective but was not able to choose my custom person group and have them randomly pick the people. Also could not get the Random function to work for just common Citizen group (it would only choose 1 of them even on random).
I will check on the minions but I didn't think they had holds, just that they were all mental (blaster/corruptor/defender powersets). Now the Lts and Bosses have them. Understood about harder for some characters, but not enough choices for mental attacks.
