I'll bring GATE-keeper, my 50 Inv/SS tank.

Round 5 winners:
Superman vs Sherlock Holmes
Yoda vs Albert Einstein
Indiana Jones was the only one of my picks to make it to the Final Four and my overall pick for winner [Calvin] was eliminated in the first round.
Final Round:
Superman vs Albert Einstein [Useless Trivia: in Elliot S! Maggins novel Last Son of Krypton, Einstein played a role in getting baby Kal-El to the Kents ] -
Spiritual Radial Boost grants 33% Recharge and 33% Healing. Will that 33% Healing improve powers like Health, Dull Pain, etc? or does it only increase active healing powers like Empath-style heals?
-
Does the Cosmetic Surgeon allow change in body size/type for already existing chars (created before purchase of the booster) or only those created after purchase?
Also, the wiki seems to imply that a toon must have an open costume slot for this to be used. Is this true or can you change an already filled costume slot? -
The reason for the glacially slow pace of newspaper comic strips is b/c most scripts only really advance the story on Sunday - the day they can count on the most readers. Mon thru Sat are just basically filler.

The prevailing wisdom seems to be: run tip missions and gather alignment merits. Use the A-merits to buy a recipe that sells for a lot. (ie, Luck of the Gambler Global Recharge). Craft and sell the IO. Use the funds to buy your preferred IO sets. Lather, rinse, repeat.

According to the Detailed Info on the power, it supposedly does 288 average damage. Yet, the first person I hit with it usually only gets 60 points of smashing and 39 points of energy damage (white-con minions, power fully slotted with 1xAcc, 1xEndRed, 1xRech, 3xDam, Level 30 IO's).
In what number system does 60 + 39 = 288? Not Base 10, that's for sure.
Is the "possible" +47 points of damage done to nearby foes counted in the Average? -
Nolan seems to want to steer away from any supernatural aspects of the Bat-mythos, so I doubt we'd see something like the Lazarus Pit. Probably won't see anyone with any actual superpowers, either.
-
I'll join with Turbolt (31 Elec/SR scrapper). I have no villains, so I'll only be there for the blue side arc.

Quote:"Halloween" is short for "All Hallow's Evening" meaning "the night before All Saints Day", which is celebrated on November 1. Moving Halloween would be like continuing to celebrate Christmas Day on Dec 25, but celebrating Christmas Eve on October 1.As a Canadian who has ToTied with his parents as a kid, I don't understand why parents would subject their kids to meeting strange people that you don't know and experiencing subzero weather. Moving the date to late August or September sounds reasonable.
Edit: too many witches, I mean "which's". Easy mistake to make considering the subject matter. -
