You can edit the body size and gender of any costume slot, regardless of when they were made. It's the exact same as editing a costume. Just go to the body tailor, click the costume slot you want to edit, and then it'll give you a screen showing what you want to change about their body scales and whatnot.

Does the Cosmetic Surgeon allow change in body size/type for already existing chars (created before purchase of the booster) or only those created after purchase?
Also, the wiki seems to imply that a toon must have an open costume slot for this to be used. Is this true or can you change an already filled costume slot?
