The greens have a toggle regen power. As soon as you hold them, it shuts off.

You should head over to the tech support forum (http://boards.cityofheroes.com/forumdisplay.php?f=578) which you said you were doing anyway, but...there's an easy to miss sticky up there (http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=231628) with instructions on downloading a program that will gather the technical specs of your system (driver versions, hardware, all that good stuff) and format it for easy consumption. It'll also walk you through running a hijackthis report to see what other stuff might be running on your computer that could be interfering.
Just follow the instructions, post the results and see if anybody has any ideas. -
I'd expect roughly the same format as last years but with some tweaks that they haven't announced.
Usually they sneak a few new things in every year. -
There's been no word one way or the other that I'm aware of.

Quote:Note: Almost all primary/secondary powersets are customizable with the notable exception of peacebringers, warshades, and the Arachnos Widow/Soldier powersets. No, customizing your powers' colors is available to everyone, and has been since issue 16 came out around this time last year.
Also you can't customize pool powers (including epic/patron pools)
Here's more information on what is and is not changeable: http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Power_Customization -

GR is NOT tiny. Levels 1-20 content, but that 1-20 has multiple branching paths you can go down and some of the most interesting missions in the game.
Not to mention all the stuff it adds in other places like side switching and soon the big level 50 content stuff.
Don't be fooled.
It kinda sounds like you're trying to convince yourself not to play. -
Hey there. If you could go to this thread: http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=231628
Follow the instructions, and then paste the results (all of them, yes it's going to be large, no problem) into this thread. This'll give the people around here more information about your computer setup and let them help you out a lot more easily. -
You'd have to ask them directly, but I suspect it probably has something to do with not wanting to enable people to sell their accounts too easily, coupled with the fact they don't have the manpower to verify that a person's name has legally changed every time they get a name change request from somebody.
It's not that they can't physically change the name. It's that they won't.
It sucks, but...in the grand scheme of things it's a minor annoyance. -

By the way, there's no leash range on mobs in this game with the exception of some groups in praetoria.
Guess the best advice is...CoH is not your standard MMO. Stop trying to play like it is -
City of Heroes has crafting now, which immediately attracted the attention of the gold farmers and other people.
You might want to read over the stuff on the Invention System which is probably the single largest change since you left the game: http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Inventions_System -
No, NPCs don't actually get the XP. It just vanishes.

Quote:I'm going to go out on a limb here and say what killed that was all the GM petitions from people who logged out while in the water before they froze the lakesI would like that they freeze all the lakes again. We haven't seen that since the first Winter Event.

Quote:Half right. Missions that require simultaneous clicking, missions where you can't find the last item or enemy yes. Everything else no.From the day it was implemented people have been using to skip annoying missions, missions to hard to solo, missions that require simultaneous clicking by more players than you have on your team, missions that are too time consuming, and missions where you just cannot find the last item or enemy. These were also its' intended purpose..
The auto-complete feature was not *intended* to let people drop annoying missions or things that were too time consuming. It was a side effect, one they knew about but it was NOT it's intended use.
You're correct when you say there's no right or wrong way to use it in that the auto-complete police won't come running if you drop a mission that isn't bugged. But you can't argue intent like you were and if you use it to drop an annoying mission you risk not having it when you get a truly bugged and impassable mission. -

You would get one instance of each set bonus up to the number of enhancements of that set you have slotted in a power.
So in this case you would get a 2.2% reduction in sleep duration, an increase in health of 1.5% and the 2% debt protection.
Note this is total for that power.
There's one hiccup in that you're limited to 5 instances of the exact same buff (aka, the exact same power wording).
So if you already had 5 "2.2% sleep duration reduction" set bonuses across all of your powers, adding a 6th will have no effect. However if you had 5 "2.2% sleep duration reduction" bonuses and you get another set that has a "2.5% sleep duration reduction" bonus, all 6 will be counted. It's called The Law Of Fives.
There's some more info at the wiki: http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Set_bonus -
Quote:And if you want pain, do Mako. Lots and lots of pain.Well, remember that you can do any of the patron arcs (ie doing one unlocks all of them).
It's not required that you do the patron who's powerset you want to use.
So, if you want to stay thematic you can do the "correct" patron, but you don't have to.
If you're also running it for fun: I recommend Scirroco or Ghost Widow (and do the whole set of arcs)
If you're just trying to get the unlock: I recommend Scorpion (his is the easist first arc and the first arc is all that's required for the unlock) -
Welcome! Sorry to hear about the troubles you're having running the game
You may want to check out the Mac Users forum (about 3 forums down from this one in the list). They're probably the people most qualified to get to the bottom of your problem. -
Just for some historical perspective, that TP bind was original written by a friend of mine a looooooooooooong time ago. We're talking pre CoV release here.
So please forgive some of the code weirdness. He spent a crapton of time trying to get it to work just right without the benefits of knowing what we do now of how to game the bind system.
Totally forgot that you could use the powexec_toggleon combined with powexec_name to do the hover thing. -
You're going to have to toggle hover on separately.
There's limits built into the bind system that prevent you from activating two powers with a single keypress. -
Have you tried any other games or 3d applications?

By the way, TweakCoH still works mostly. The font tab works, as does the tab that controls screen resolution/fullscreen options.
If you're venturing into the other graphics options tabs I dunno what the results might be due to a lot of new additions and changes in settings. But fonts and resolution still work.
