I hope they do, it was one of the major deciding factors when I came back last year.
There's been no word one way or the other that I'm aware of.

In fact, if you bought 12+2 months and immediatly unsubscribed, you had 14 months of game time.
But now you have to unsubscribe between month 12 and 14, with a chance that you miss it (or unsubscribe in advance and miss out entirely), thus making it likely that you will pay for 24 months and get 2 months free.
