I'm currently having little problems in PVE with an archery secondary on my def - only 2 acc slots allocated on 2 attacks, one each. First attack isn't slotted with acc at all, and the rate of fire makes up for any shots I miss, not having trouble with even level mobs though.

No, like Hasten, it decreases the recharge time on all your powers.
Unlike Hasten, it doesn't take a chunk of end off after it's wore off, and it's also active all the time. -
For Frazzle.d it'd be Plug In Baby by Muse or maybe something as unique as Arcade Fire; Power Out
-
I find scrapping to be incredibly easy. I do my little build up chain, move on, and jump around switching from mob to mob when I get to disorient one, but I'm early days too.

Izzy.d, level 15 brute. Can't be bothered with a travel power, instead trying out something a little different. I'm getting Fitness (swift, health, stamina), leaving taunt and the little firesword out (fire/fire btw) and Presence pool power set.
Not quite sure what the gaps of the travel power might leave for me, thoughts? -

I'd strongly advise Brutes to run if they see a blaster coming at them with BU and Aim. You are about to be toggle dropped and hurled around like a rag doll, have a nice day.

I dunno, i think if I got 6 of my kinetic corrupter buddies to SB my granite up I would happily charge down said blaster. There must be a cap on SB though but I dont know what it is

Well Stalk my ol' chum, I wouldn't hang around long enough to find out -

I'll mosley along and have a look-see around.

I'm currently running a FF / Arc defender on Union, working out ok so far...I know it's not the same, but I figured having a +acc and faster recharge on attack rates would help me solo a bit. If it goes lala, then PFF is there
Need to get it a bit higher level to see how it works out.

Precision Rangers, eh? Sounds...tempting...

Mate;
just AS a blaster.
You can't go wrong. Ask Stalk-o-Bot for full details -
Does no-one know that mines are severe damage?
I got called into work on my day off, so I'm pvp-ing right now to work stress off, should be a laugh. -
With all the self heals the villians have (corrupters, MMs, Brutes) I'm not fussed. Anybody can jump in, I'm only there to have some fun. I try not to moan a lot, if there's something like 6 villians outside the hospital base, tp foe and then mauling them to death then meh, you do that. Karma shall return, 5 trollers will turn up, and Frazzy will be sniping said tp-er from a comfortable 200ft in the air. It happens.
There's a lot of grey lines. I'll leave PVP if it becomes a stupid place to be with flamey messages and so on, and I don't jump in when an entire team is beating a poor brute into the ground, not much fun in that really. -
Starting to get into that phase I get faceplanted before using defiance. Troublesome mob. Low health, ball lighting, sorted. Nope. I go down, attack misses. The Defiance bar is really strict, but meh, Blaster FTW.

Regards and best of luck, I think I'll miss it though.

My scrapper has SR, it is an enjoyable powerset. Regen seems far too easy, dark and invun just aren't me. I agree with the above post that SR might not be the most durable of defences for your barbarian, but it's pretty fun. I like my defence against ranged attacks in particular, and increased resistance to damage when your health goes down is a bonus, but so far that's my only experience with it.

I have a suit, I'll uh, look desperate and get drunk.

Been experimenting recently with my defiance bar;
'Maintaining defiance' I was thinking this would work well on paper. Basically, attack about 8 whites (slightly more than I can take) and fight them usaully...wait for defiance to start (just under halfway) and then try to keep it like that. Hard, risky, but possible.
It bugs me how much the bar seems to make massive jumps up and down, all depending on about 3 markers on your health. When I do get to red, it is a panicky race to make a difference, too many times I instinctively go for a massive attack with long animation, only to become one with the floor before I'm done. Hmm. -
True, when health gets low on them, I leave it for the long range to cover that, and my DoT should probably help too.

I was playing with a tank in Warburg a few nights back, and the missions give really nice xp as well. I wonder if you get a badge for filling the contact liason bar in Warburg for so many missions...

Longbow don't stand a chance with all the lag
I avoid hotspots....waaaaaaaaay too much action that somehow messes with my framerate in a big way, even though I normally have no problems. -
Apart from Siren's on occasion, the PVP zones are all a bit bleh. Warburg is crawling with vicous NPCs around every corner, which A-OK from the story aspect but makes travelling a risky venture and combat too tight and confined for my liking. (I normally play a blaster, a Brute charges me, I fly away, I end up backing into a 20+ crowd of level 40 Titans. Erhm. UH-OH!)
The other main thing is a lot of people solely go there for temp powers and summons...completely ignoring anything else, since they are normally well above the level cap. -
LMAO, I think I'll hang around in Siren's to take a few a pictures. I can see it now, "Brute violated by 70mph gusts of wind by Illusion/Storm trollers" and "Three Blasters Gangbanged by Infinite Fluffies"

I wondered why Shivan hunting is so popular in Bloody Bay. That's terrible taking advantage of the game like that! What about all those people trying PVP for the first ti...*runs off to Bloody Bay to get a shivan* -
You can still have a laugh in PVP, even if it is short lived. What Syn has said is correct (TM) I'd make sure I have a couple of greens, break frees, acc and reds if I'm going into Siren's or Warburg for a long time, but then apart from that I'm on my own, I tend to drift away from teams since I'm the bait for most stalkers anyway.
If I see a Brute half-way down health, I take advanatage. If I see a Stalker knocked off a building and into a crowd of Longbow, then I'll jump in. I expect these kind of things to happen to me and when it does (not if) I give it my best shot or laugh as something terrible happens while my PC sheilds my eyes by freezing the framrate so I don't see the blood
