  1. Besides, there aren't any set bonuses which buff -tohit
  2. Uh... this isn't a VEAT arc, and I don't think many people would classify any of the VEAT arcs as hard.

Well, I've seen Magical Pokan classified as magical girl anime. Liru is a werewolf, Aiko is an andriod with worse specs than a netbook, Pachira is a vampire, and while Uma is a witch with a wand and can cast at a distance, she sucks at magic (except when she's sick).

That's just what you want us to think. You're very devious, I'll give you that.

I've found that a little chloroform and brainwashing works wonders.

We can do better than that. We've already got an invasion plan.

    FinalDuration = InitialDuration / (1 - 1) = InitialDuration / 0

Unless you've got an effect active that grants Sleep Resistance, a -100% Sleep Resistance debuff would cause a divide-by-zero error.

    Double duration occurs at -50% resistance (F = I / (1 - 0.5) = I / 0.5 = I * 2)

The same applies to Recharge debuffs, but the Recharge debuff floor is -75%. There is no known status resistance debuff floor.
  11. From the game developers? Unlikely.

From the community? There has been occasional talk about CoH-realted phone applications, but I've never seen a project get off the ground.

You can make Villain ATs in Mercy, VEATs in Mercy, Hero ATs in Atlas/Galaxy, HEATs in Atlas/Galaxy, and non-EATs in Praetoria.

    ...
It was not "another game" in pretty much any sense of the word that isn't purely technical. And that's the thing - City of Villains is a standalone in technicalities only. In actual practice, it is an expansion, and as we both know, the developers finally admitted that at around the time of the NC buyout.
How is "You can play CoV without owning CoH" purely technical? That seems pretty straightforwardly standalone to me.

Yes, the games use the same client. Yes, the games were merged. Yes, there are some aspects of each game influenced by the other (SG bases, PvP zones, Pocket D). But on release, CoV was still a standalone game. GR will not be.

Praetoria doesn't even have content from 20 to 45 as far as we know. Why would it have 5 new ATs?

Yeah, but... that would mean you'd have to become Canadian. And who would want that? Not even Canadians want that

Hell, for over a year we've had the rumor of "The Battalion" faction associated with The Coming Storm, which would be on a level of difficulty almost requiring IOs in order to be effective.

It seems more likely than an out-of-character statement that Praetorian Nemesis died before becoming Nemesis being a Cole-Approoved lie. It also means Primal Nemesis can have a whole extra dimension to manipulate, free from competition from himself.
  22. No. But since you're 36, Psymon shouold have already introduced Naylor, regardless of finishing Psymon's mission set or not. I recommend just running a mayhem in Nerva instead of worrying about Psymon.
  23. I don't think the "show detailed info" pane shows you the recharge with respect for your enhancements, set bonuses, and active powers. You can get the recharge time with respect to just the enhancements by hovering over the enhancement, but that doesn't work fo rset bonuses.
