I don't think the "show detailed info" pane shows you the recharge with respect for your enhancements, set bonuses, and active powers. You can get the recharge time with respect to just the enhancements by hovering over the enhancement, but that doesn't work fo rset bonuses.

If you use Mids' Hero Builder, it can show you how recharge time is affected by both enhancements and set bonuses. It also allows you to toggle powers that affect recharge on or off, e.g. Hasten, Quickness, etc.
It's pretty helpful to use for build planning. On short recharge powers, it can be an eye-opener to see that third recharge enhancement only shaving off a tenth of a second.

From what I can tell, the detailed info pane shows the effect of enhancements but not recharge set bonuses. I've cross-checked a few powers against Mid's on occasion and ht enumbers only match up if you ignore all bufs including set bonuses.
Thanks for the info. I was just concerned that I put it in a power that somehow "didn't count" or something, and that I wasn't getting the bonus for it.

The "detailed info" tab on individual powers is mostly worthless, however you can bring up the combat stats and look at your recharge, defense, accuracy and so forth; that keeps accurate track of your global bonuses. Mid's appears to be pretty accurate on all the power stats as well; of course if your live build differs any from the Mids build obviously the numbers will be different.
The easiest way that even identical builds can differ is by using different level IO's... it's not the easiest thing in the world to have Mids show a power slotted with a level 30, 43, 25, 44 and 50 enhancement but it's pretty common when you're slotting an IO set... you slot what you can get hold of.

Just wondering if anyone help clear this up for me ... when you get an enh bonus or set bonus to your recharge time, is that actually displayed in the "show detailed information" section of a power? My current character is 29, and I just got a recharge time set bonus. I didn't see any kind of change in the listed % for the recharge, just wondering if that is calculated afterwards?
I wasn't expecting miracles for my recharge time, but since it's calculated to the hundredths place, I would expect to see *something*, no matter how small.
Any insight on how that is listed?
