From the game developers? Unlikely.
From the community? There has been occasional talk about CoH-realted phone applications, but I've never seen a project get off the ground.

I would love it if there wasa way to access the WW's/BM server on a mobile device, even if it were read only.
It would also be pretty cool to be able to find out which of my global friends were online without having to log in.
Heck, while I'm at it, I would love to be able to chat on the game's global channels through my phone....
Actually interacting with the game is highly unlikely for a mobile app. The devs aren't likely going to make any mobile apps for the game, and the community doesn't have access to the network traffic that needs to be sent and received (and to where). There's also the issue of security, since you'd be entering your account's user/password into a 3rd party application (bad idea).
A program like Mid's could be done, but someone has to take up the project first.
There is one thing you could do, right now. I believe there's at least one Remote Desktop mobile app; there's probably even more than 1. If your computer is turned on and connected to the web, you could use a remote desktop application from your phone to connect to your desktop and make your desktop play the game thruogh your phone.
It wouldn't be fast, and it might be prone to crashes, but you could probably chat or manage your stuff on the market in that fashion.

Closest thing I can see at this point in time is possibly a facebook app that wouldn't connect to your own account, maybe just something like farmville or mafia wars lol.

I, and especially my 3 year old daughter, would love to see the costume creator on the iPad. It doesn't need to connect to the game or even transfer the costume designs.
Her favourite iPhone games involve dressing ballerinas, superheroes, and princesses, so the CoH costume creator would provide many hours of fun.

I doubt this would ever happen. The only off-line costume creator was region-limited to Korea, and is severely out of date. They'd never get it beyond concept due to the lawyers.

I would personally like to see the actual costume creator as an app for the iPhone/iPodtouch/iPadd. Not actually tied into the game, but can save costumes as files that can be later transferred to a PC.
It would have all the booster pack costume peices, all the Wing costume peices avalible in game, all unlockable peices, everything.
Just somthing to mess about with when you're at work or on the bus or somthing.
I know that CO has some kind of character managment app for the iPhone, I think we deserve one for being loyal.

Well, it's been a few hours since the new iPad was unveiled, and I was wondering if/when we'll be seeing any CoH apps for these platforms.
