    Not everyone plays scrappers, in fact I play 0 melee characters, they are boring. imho

    I have always wanted more bang on other lethal users however. But I won't hold my breath...Eh, whatever.

    Anyone can buy a to/do/so....I was talking about io's -random loot. Not to mention rare and ultra rare and some uncommons being nearly impossible to find. (again red side here).

    As to the person above talking about pl-ing your character to 50 via ae...I don't care, its your money do what you like. So you skip the rest of the game? I have done the *rest of the game* more times than I can count and am glad there is an option.

    I really hate making new characters anymore, pre-travel and pre-stamina (no matter who says you don't need it) isn't very much fun. I am glad I can get a character to 20 at a brisk pace myself.

    If they decide to take it away so be it. I can decide where to spend my time for entertainment as well. We should all have choices and not be forced into anything, using the market or certain aspects of the game if we do not wish too. imho

    I have to disagree, if I had a say I would get rid of the blackmarket/ww in a heartbeat. It was nothing but a headache unless one wanted to play profiteer. Sorry I play games to have fun, if I wanted to flip stuff I would get a job in ws.

    My main gripe was it wasn't optional at all like it was supposed to be. Casual players had no way of ever getting enough $$ to buy anything worthwhile, and yet with the way drops work I seem to have such lousy luck, doing even regular tf's would not assure you would ever get your io's filled. (Speaking mainly redside where the population or supply/demand is just plain depressing.)

    The MA store is a godsend to players like me and I'm sorry you don't feel that way.

    If MA gets "fixed" or taken away as you suggest I might as well leave. I have had enough sleeps, snipes and confuses to last me a lifetime as well as immoblizes and the funny thing is I have 0 characters that can use any of these. Not to mention they sell for less in the market than vendoring them. Rare or not. bah

    I really hate that loot *was* added to this game, but its here to stay so we have to make the best of it one way or another.

    The only other option is allowing people to choose what drop they want from a TF/arc/whatever. Let people pick a recipe and be done with it. At least with the ma I have a better chance at rolling a lotg, I have 0 and many 50's...ugh

    I have like 11 gals I would move off there to ...heck anywhere else. I don't like double exp weekends because I can never get in to play...at all.

    If I had known it was going to be so popular I would have made them elsewhere, but some are from when the game went live. sigh

    My suggestion for SG request to join is for individuals who see the SG they want to join to be able to go the the guy in Atlas who creates the SG and base and takes our upkeep cost to be the one we "file" with to join.

    Lets say I have a toon who wants to join Heroes R' US SG we talk to the guy in Atlas find the SG we want to join and add our name to a petition. The SG leaders of that SG will be able to see a list of everyone who Petitioned and at that point click yes or no to accept the new member or no to deny him.

    Once the SG leader clicks yes it will send a promt to the requesting toon if he would like to join the SG (if hes on right then) and if not online it sends him the request as soon as he loggs in.

    I don't think this fix will help jounin or the bruisers much. I had no recharge in any of them, nor do my gals have hasten nor did they get any "buffs" by outside sources and still acted wonky. Not cycling attacks, stuck in range mode etc.

    I just started io'ing last two weeks and sadly those purp pet sets I bought (and having saved for all this time) have lost luster. I had assumed after all this time it was safe to io...guess I was mistaken.

    Well when khelds get reworked like so many are begging for maybe veats will (also) get travel powers for free. Wouldn't bother me a bit. Of course if it's going to be taking away with one hand while the other hand is giving I'll pass.

    I agree, they should do something. All the characters I wanted to play yesterday were on freedom.

    Heck the whole weekend was a wash for me. I sent a polite in-game note about it saying this was the first double exp weekend I've been able to attend and I was on vacation!

    I've been around since...coh beta so I'm not a trial account. Not that I think it matters, they just need to boost the servers a heck of a lot more so paying and trial people can *play*.

    This is probably a problem with your video card, video RAM, or system RAM. Getting a better video card, and/or increasing system RAM, would probably help.

    Honestly, I suspect system RAM more than the video card; I only have a budget-model ATI Radeon x600 for video, but with 2.5GB of system RAM ... I hardly ever have any lag in Grandville. On Virtue, mind, which has been retty damned busy the past couple weeks (to the point of splitting into two shards of hte same zone, pretty much constantly).

    Doubtful when nearly every team I have been in has had complaints from people. I have 2g ram, that is plenty for XP, My video card is newish(6 months old) and the old one had the same issues (I don't buy budget cards, I like my video cards to last a good while) just in Grandville...and my internet connection is even faster than the cable one I had a year ago...

    If it was my video card or not enough system ram I am 100% sure being near the Black market in cap when busy would shut my whole system down. It doesn't and even if a few people are kind and "rocking the aura" to heal all the shoppers it doesn't bother my system the least, not to mention all the other FX going on. Footstomp on auto as well...Hmm guess that villain got mad his stuff isn't selling.

    Btw I play on Freedom, can't get any busier than that.

    I have been plugging on/off for newspaper missions to allow: Freakshow, Family, Tsoo, Warriors, Skyraiders, Trolls etc all go up to lvl 50.

    It would be such a wonderful boon! I really have Longbow burnout and don't much care for carnies (Illusionist and MI cheese)....I'm pretty much stuck with CoT/Council/Nems.

    More Universities added please. Add one to St. Martial near BM perhaps, and maybe one in Sharkhead. Cap's black market gets very packed because a Uni is nearby, and all the fx from players can get really laggy for some people.

    If I asked for a new zone it would be a perez look alike. almost entirely forest. We could do with a bit of "not run down or dark" concrete buildings look I think.

    Oh and those who dislike Hardcase...I like him!

    How about this. Keep patrons unrespec-able, but add a couple of APPs instead.

    As it is, all four Patrons offer pretty much the exact same powers to each AT, so what exactly would you be hoping from a respec out of them? They give you a free respec after the 1st portion of the arc.

    I didn't say anything about the amount of people in grandville. I just said many people have told me it's laggy for them. It was laggy when I had cable service, its still laggy even now on DSL Elite.

    No other area no matter how many people are in zone, even Cap's black market which is very crowded so it must be something about Grandville.

    As the the patron's, if they add APP's, or change or tweak anything even a single power they would have to grant a one-time patron respec to everyone that has done it.

    That may be the fly in the soup that is stopping anything from being done with them, or maybe there are other priorities and not enough time. I really couldn't say, and I'm not going to stress over it. If it can be worked on it will, in time.

    However being a Villain only player...I am not complaining. Just suggesting...there is a difference.

    I have to disagree here...I have always wanted an alternative to Grandville. Nothing else, just that, or allow newspaper missions/contacts to go to 50 in Nerva and St. Martial. (probably easier than getting a new zone). Grandville is too laggy even with a fast connection for many people. I hear complaints about it all the time.

    As to the PP...I am glad more options are being available for more AT's. One day they should all be available to everyone.
    Hopefully this will come sooner than later and then perhaps more people will be happy because everyone can be everything.

    Oh and make patrons respec-able...only fair.

    That actually is a bad example. I remember my mercs, necro and thug minions all becoming drenched in gasoline and igniting to death.

    Also I’m sure there would be a lengthy recharge if such a power existed. A use at start of mission kind of thing, much like serum. So no constantly summoning new buffed minions would have to be a worry. Imho

    The "summon/buff all at once" suggestion is a lot more practical, though. They could probably rig up something to do that without too much trouble. Persistent pets would be a much bigger technical hurdle. One still worth pursuing, if possible.

    I would think it could be done with work. But I imagine it is low priority. They did fix it so pets can use elevators on multi map missions, labs, offices etc.

    As to the buff all or summon/buff all button, I'm all for it. headache in teams it is and probably much easier to make than persisting pets in zones.

    PvP concerns, just disable that power.

    Same...also killed tons of seers and no badge.

    Got the privateer badge but did not get a skyskiff gladiator. either its bugged atm or the previous info is wrong.

    The silver bullet badge that gives omega wolf gladiator took more like 250 kills rather than 100 listed unless only bosses count. Not that its worthwhile, its way overpriced imho.

    I believed that line and regret it. As an active MM, debuffing, healing, a finishing shot here or there and running 3 toggles endurance is always an issue. Not to mention it would have come in handy the times group fly is in action. gah

    The other myth is that controllers have no damage until pets. Bull, it's just damage at the cost of control but most controllers want to stay spoiled. They don't want to go into a power pool or slot some single-target holds to do the damage themselves, they want complete lockdown, full slotting on Damage/Defense buffs, and only 4-6 slots set aside in the entire primary(pets specifically) for actual damage. ...damage which in some zookeeperish cases, outdamages defenders by whole integers, not just percents making it Uber indeed. ...What else do you call FREE DAMAGE? Pets have no endurance Bars, keep that in mind because the biggest second factor to any Defense of Damage comparisons are directly factored upon by Endurance. If it wasn't, Stamina would only be taken in this game for character concept

    This is a bit much in the generalizations isn't it?
    Why should a controller have to dip into a power pool to do damage? I refuse to on any character for character concept unless it really fits in. Wasn't it States himself who said no AT should be forced to rely on a pp?

    But yes, my gravity controller does massive damage with or without sings. (I dot em all to death oh the uberness)

    Just a note, my pets most certainly do have an endurance bar and I've even seem it run out when a mob got stuck on them and the repel was ineffective or there was something blocking the mob being tossed away.

    Also from my experience my defenders can outmatch my grav controller in damage even with pets factored in.

    I do believe defenders need looking at in some sets. Mainly Storm - more team friendly, empathy well I won't go there.

    I still think it would be nice to add more extra effects (debuffs/slows etc.) to defenders (only) primary or secondary than there is now.
