Back with a vengeance. I have two accounts, and on both of them every character is listed as being offline for over 49,000 days.
-
*checks* No, sorry, but I'm not seeing an AoE minor DoT -spd, self-heal, PBAoE placate, or Ranged (Cone) -Acc Sleep Confuse -Per powers anywhere in Super Reflexes. Want to double check in case I missed something?

Hold down Ctrl and tap C, then click in the text box and hold Ctrl and tap V. Copy-paste.

It was like that for a while, IIRC.

Only on Test, not on live before. -
The best we have so far in the 'skinner' is the Rough Leather option for gloves, boots and trews. But no upper body clothes beyond the gloves. Better than nothing, but not great.

The whispered voices, having listend to it often with headphones, say 'Cryptic Studios' repeatedly for a few seconds.
-
And men, and children. It wasn't just limited to women.
-
Or change the door-spawns to match the invasion code, with mobs scaling like GM's, preventing grief in the first place because let's face it; some people are just inconsiderate ignorant bastards.
-
I used to get plentiful rude tells, usually in badly-spelled or sometimes impossible to read txt-msg code just for politely declining invitations to join a team. Even if I amended my search comment to 'Do not ask me to farm, fill, or bridge unless you have 100,000,000 influence, payable in advance.' people still asked if I wanted to perform one of those three activities. When I directed their attention to my comment, I was met with a readily ignored stream of expletives and scorn. I find it odd that I am in the wrong, for their lack of reading aptitude. They could have saved themselves ten minutes of fury. Ah well.
Then the Dev's introduced the multiple /hide options, and I routinely hide from /search. It's been a blissfully peaceful few months. -
Granted. In that case, may I also nominate one of my own characters; Isabelle Savage?

Mmm... Banana cake...
Happy birthday Banana's! -
Bog-standard, ordinary every-day requests.
'Excuse me, do you have a match/the time/a quarter for the phone/know where I can find [place/person]?'
It's an opener that's nice and non-intrusive, and can be followed with:
'Thanks. So, Kindish-Person, do you live 'round here/know the [City/Isles] well/come here often?'
If your char's lacking a group, you can move onto:
'Hey, I'm new to the [City/Isles/planet]/just got my powers/am down on my luck, do you know any groups who could help me out/hire me/feed me/house me?'
Again, pretty ordinary stuff and, depending on the person asked, can lead onto as deep a conversation as the person wants with your char, plus you get to RP the intro to other people's char, get overheard by open ears, etcetera. -

My main is a Katana/SR and I would love a self-heal in SR and a single target mez in Katana like the war mace one (the name escapes me)

Clobber.
Myself, I'm not certain about a single power. But I would love to see Regen Brutes. And they could code Integration to be a PBAoE Taunt too.
I agree on giving SR a heal though, it suffers badly against highly-accurate high-damage foes. I speak of Cimerorans, who against a pure SO slotted SR char, hit almost every time in my experience. -
The Westin Phipps missions in Grandville are pretty nasty, but they're still there.

The NPCs have a walk animation. However, the NPCs are all the same hight...
[/ QUOTE ]
Not strictly true. In CoV there are civvies who are around four feet high, walking. They are moving no faster or slower than other NPC walkers. -
CoX is now rated 16+.

Power Rangers has been said to be the most violent television series ever. And it's aimed at children, who are below the age of sixteen.
There is more violence in cartoons than any video game. Most of the video games that have such violence are being played by the aforementioned kids anyway. I justify nothing, but wonder just why CoX has to be so tame. Even in Neverwinter Nights, one can set the violence level so that death sometimes causes the opponent to explode in a shower of blood and parts. -
I shan't be running the race, I'll be far more interested by spending my second wedding anniversary with my wife, cooking the evening meal, and things I shan't mention here. *smirks*
I wish everyone who participates the very best fortune, may your glory be everlasting. -
It's not limited to ToTing, the zombie waves also only drop Tech enhancements.
As for what to believe, and what not to, see my sig. -
Point 1: I want to see defeatable civilians too, but apparently such a thing is wrong and naughty, and not permissible in a Teen-rated game. [politics]Ironic given a certain superpower's 'acceptable civilian casualties' tactics in warfare. [/politics] Give them five hitpoints like the Giant Monster 'Sally' and never give a badge reward for them, and I'll be happy with that.
Point 2: I agree on this. The Nerva-slog as I call it is pretty laiden with horrible death for anyone not at least level thirty. Doable, but hard. Much like getting to Steel Canyon Icon to change your char costume if you're level ten. Or one.
