  1. Behemoths: All your gonna do is just farm us anyways.
  2. Team up with an FF Defender, and then imagine he's isn't there at all.

    Voila, instant Iron Man!
  3. Ethric

    So, What's Next?

Power Pools and possibly EPP/PPP customization.
  4. If today's the day, then tomorrow yesterday's the day.
  5. Thunderous Blast is visually very weak (at least for a nuke power) and it doesn't sound very powerful either. It basically is just z...zzz... zap.

    IMO of course.

    This.

Godspeed Posi and everyone who might have caught it.
  7. I do love getting 2 Mutations at once, har har har!
  8. I personally don't play Stone Armor and probably never will.

But if the new Granite will allow more creativity for the players, go for it.
  9. Electric Melee has many AoEs which tend to have a strong ST focus, yet it's still the worst set for ST DPS and it's not the best at AoE either.

Also, Shield Charge vs. Lightning Rod.

Shield Charge has a much faster activation time. (1.5 vs. 2.57)

SC can be activated in the air. (Lightning Rod requires you to be on the ground)

SC deals its damage in the full 20' radius, meaning it wipes spawns much better. (LR deals its full damage only at a 3' radius, the rest is about half of that)

SC comes a tier earlier in the set. Tier 8 vs. Tier 9, and the Tier 8 is better. Also, the protective set has a better attack than the attack set? Awesome!

SC also has a taunt component (LR doesn't).

The only saving grace about Lightning Rod is that it looks cooler and deals energy damage. But unless you have the whole spawn in a 3' radius, dealing higher damage is unlikely.
  10. Voltaic Sentinel looks ugly too. Needs more pretty.

    quick edit: and strong!
  11. I've got Lightning Field slotted for both enddrain and damage on my brute.

    In detail, it's:

    Scirocco Acc/Dam/End
    Scirocco Dam/End
    Efficacy Adpt. Endmod/Acc
    Efficacy Adpt. Endmod/End
    Efficacy Adpt. Endmod
    Lvl 50 Damage IO

Giving it 47.70% Accuracy, 88.07% Damage, 73,78% EndDiscount and 91,78% Endmod. Accuracy seems low but I've got 61% global +acc in the build so I tend to hit rather than miss.
  12. Scrappers already have a 10% chance to crit lieutenants and up. The 5% chance against minions doesn't even matter since they tend to die very fast anyway.

Scrappers also have a 1.125 melee damage modifier, which is 12.5% higher than Stalkers' 1.0.

The 10% crit chance puts Stalkers at a theoretical melee mod of 1.1 and Scrappers at 1.2375 (1.125x1.1). For Stalkers to get similar results, they'd have to have 4 people in 30' radius so it'd become a theoretical 1.22, which is close enough.

It can be lower, it can be higher. Anyway, the Scrapper will still have more HP and AoEs. I'd consider it pretty balanced.
  13. I put a level 54 Lord Recluse and a level 53 Statesman duke it out. (Because they spawn at those levels in the TF/SF)

Recluse won, but barely. He had like 2.6k HP left when States hit the floor.

A lot of bane spiders were injured during this experiment...
  14. If everyone did this, the market would be a friendly, friendly place!
  15. ... But on the flipside, there's a 89% chance that the target will be hit with at least one proc.
  16. Do SoA really need to be buffed? Even Banes?

Actually Lightning Rod doesn't have a taunt component. The only aggro you're getting is the "pet is gone, go for the master" kind of aggro, as LR is a pseudopet summoned by you.
  18. Nah, the picture is from pre-i9 era. No "Recipes" in the lower corner.

Short Circuit has no hold component. Never has had. It can cause the mobs to do the "zappy dance", but that doesn't stop them, and are free to use attacks unless they're fully drained of endurance.
  20. IH has a 650 second recharge time and a 90s duration. Recharge cap is 500% (+400%), which means that at the cap it'll recharge in 1/5th the time it normally does.

650/5 = 130, so no, it can't be made perma. You'll always be left with at least 40+1.17(the activation time of IH) seconds of downtime.

    Rollerblades.
  23. Full Fury was once stupidly easy to achieve in PvP when some AoEs accidentally gave out 80 fury at once.
