You could always activate PB only when Rage has crashed, it's not as if you'd be doing much anything either.
Since both of them have a duration of 120s, you can time it by first activating Rage, waiting for a few seconds, then activate PB.
When Rage crashes, that's your cue to hit PB again. -
Having both Shiver + AA is good because you can then floor their Speed and Recharge, even with the Purple Patch present.
Oh and try to get the purple Confusion proc in AA, fun times. -
I run +2/8 on my Elec/Elec/Mu. Enddrain doesn't really work against +3s and above...

Quote:My bad. I was thinking of Brawl/Smash recharge time, which is 16 seconds for all henchmen who possess either.Wrong on both accounts. The brawl change was no a universal pet change, in fact people have asked for other pets to have brawl removed.
Quote:Also the stealth change also stopped special ops from continually turning stealth on and off.
I scoured some patch notes... and indeed, there actually are entries for Mercenaries. I guess I missed those. -
Quote:The Medic got buffed accidentally because the Brawl fix was an universal Henchman change.Mercs have had some fixes. Stealth has been fixed, as has medic's brawl. The set is not perfect, but it is not like the devs have ignored mercs for 4 years either.
The Stealth 'fix', which only removed the speed debuff, didn't help much either. Spec-Ops Stealth is still useless for the Mercs, as the other henchmen are still fully visible. There isn't much you can do with their on-and-off Stealth, even when seperated from the rest.
Yes, I'm looking a gift horse in the mouth. It's a skinny, smelly, spitalic horse, that has no legs. -
l2p, lolz

Although Banes are considered to be weakest of the 4 SoA, I don't think they need much buffing. If you remove every other SoA, leaving only Banes, and then comparing them to the existing ATs, they don't look that weak at all. Force + force multiplication rolled in one makes a Bane a versatile character fit for many situations.
That being said, I do think there is room for improvement for Banes. The 2s animation, small radius, fast recharge and laughable damage AoE blasts need an overhaul. In general the animation times are long, long, looooong. And all look the same, as well. They couldn't bother doing any other animations for the Mace other than the "lean forward, twoop" type, which is present in every pew pew Banes have.
Not to mention the redraw thing for Surveillance and Venom Grenade. The latter especially breaks the character, but it's too damn good of a power to pass up. -
Illusion/Anything Controller. Acquire as much AoE defense as you can, and do nothing except watch every fight. No buffs, no control, but a pair of eyes.
If someone asks what you are doing, just say:
I.
Am.
The Supervisor. -
Only Charged Brawl and Havoc Punch can restore back endurance in the Elec Melee line, and it's only happening at a 10% chance. The other attacks do not give back endurance at any chance.
-
Meh. All of the punches are done with the right hand.

Add another vote for SS/Stone.

What would be the point of server list merging if it leads to EU players moving to US servers for a better connection?

I just rolled a Nin/SR Stalker for PVE.
Oh wait PvE is not allowed on the Stalker boards.
-placate- -
Katana gets the Rusty Blade. I certainly wouldn't want to be hit with that...
-
I'm pretty sure that they still do, or at least Mace Beam (the snipe) does.
-
Stalker snipes are great! ...
... for getting Melee/AoE defense from set bonuses. -
Rather have a 100% chance to do Criticals all the time
or
1% chance to do a Critical, but that 1% is rolled 100 times, giving you chances for multiples!
-
Brutes and Stalkers are forever doomed to be physically imperfect.
No way around that!
-
Havoc Punch if you want to keep mobs more reliably at 0 endurance due to it having 30% chance to -100% recovery compared to CB's 10%.
That is, if you're /Elec. If you're something else... CB all the way. -
-
This. Master Illusionists spawn only at higher levels, at levels which Ring Mistresses disappear and you instead get MI's and Dark Ring Mistresses as bosses.

I was once directed to a helicopter and ended up in a sewer entrance.
