I think during the i23 beta one of the devs mentioned that, yes, one of the people working on the game is a huge Doctor Who fan and did a bit of homage to it for the NW zone.
Maybe that's why the whole NW zone loads slower...soo many TARDIS' and timey-wimey loopy stuff....hmm... -

If that question was to me Noy....3 stars means I "know" you and like you (can play your toon well). I really don't use the star system that much....

I'll just say I just watched that Darksiders II movie clip and wow...I have no idea what was going on. The art/FX is so 'flashy' that I could barely distinguish between character and mob and who and how the character was attacking the mob.

Yes to scythes for Titan Weapons! I've always been a big supporter for it! -
So I'll 'bump' this thread instead of making a new one.
On Liberty we ran a RHW attempt and we successfully completed the objective (Kill Tyrant without severing any connections to the Well).
However, once we defeated him and zoned out to DA; no one received the badge.
We all /petitioned it but...
The only thing I can think of is right when Tyrant was around 15 health I died (me being the League Leader); so I went to the hospital and was trying to get out asap but Tyrant hit 10 HP/the threshold before I escaped from the hospital.
I'm pretty sure I've read where some people didn't get a certain badge even when others did get the badge and the only thing that was different was that they were in the hospital when Tyrant was taken out.
Anyone else experience this? Or did we have someone take out a light that no one noticed (and I know we had 3 people looking out for it)?
Luckily it's somewhat a moot point since we just ran it again and got the badge but....just throwing it out there.

Well, not that anyone cares but...just in case someone does...I received a response back and the GM said that someone did take a light out Guess myself and others that were watching for it were asleep when it happened hehe.....
Glad we were able to run and get it the 2nd time! -
Wooo! Congratulations to Liberty again! So glad we were able to get the badge the 2nd time! I don't know why the 1st time failed...I don't remember seeing anyone take out the lights.
My only thought is that I was in the hospital when tyrant reached the 10 hp limit/threshold. I've read where others didn't badges because they were in the hospital while the people outside got the badges....hope that wasn't the case No answer from the petition I sent in still...
In any case, we ran it again and everyone got the RHW badge Congratulations again to the Liberty server!
So we're not the best at taking pictures....but the only one not listed is Ukase's toon (Ukase Max I think).
I hope to see people in DA next Mon. night for even more fun RHW and other Mag. iTrial runs!

Yep...I love being in teams and we're steamrolling through and then something happens; either an extra ambush or we aggro one too many mobs, etc...it seems like we (the team) could face a team wipe but somehow we survive!
Great teammates know when to heal, buff, debuff, etc...sure sometimes it doesn't happen due to lag or whatever but man...living through a "wow, we should have died there!" moment is great

Liberty isn't the biggest name out there but we do our iTrials.
I lead Magisterium itrial runs on Mon. nights (usually 3 runs a night with the first run being a RHW attempt).
Ukase leads some UGs/MoUGs...beyond that it's a "come as you go" type of thing...sometimes people start up badge runs of itrials randomly. -

Fulcrum Shift at it's most potent on a Mastermind will only be +180% Damage (if they set it up correctly, anyway; they might end up just copying the Corruptor/Controller version), and on Henchmen that doesn't sound all that awesome to me. I mean, even the tier 3 pets only have Defender-level damage mods. On top of that, the pets don't benefit from Speed Boost's +Recharge (at least they shouldn't, I think a couple of their powers are a bit bugged) and you won't be able to heal them unless you can get them to go in to melee (and some refuse).
Just those couple of things could really dampen Kinetics blitzkrieg method of support.
It'll be okay, I just don't see what will make it more awesome than some sets Masterminds already have.
Now... when Masterminds get Cold Domination, that will just be ridiculously good. Like why-play-any-other-secondary good.
And if we're talking about proliferation we want to see, I'm oddly kind of wanting to play a Poison Defender. I think the set will actually work fairly well with their mods.
I would have loved to make a Ninja/Kinetics MM when CoV first came out. It's like being a kinetics defender in a scrapper only team!
Alas, even if/when Kinetics gets released to MMs I probably won't use it....ah well. -

Well it doesn't affect Siphon Power because the buff comes from the caster and not the mob but it does affect FS in the same way it affects Transfusion/Transference. -
