No problem, but like the stalker on the team said "well that explains alot".
    Ha that's awesome

hehe, that was perfect timing. "We can FLY?!?"
  3. I would say the SF is more 'fun' than the TF version of it. The TF version is just a boring huge bag of HP...it's 'easier' and only worth 20 merits...SF version at least there is some action and not just wailing on a bag of HP (there is that too but...).
  4. Sadly I'm sure most...okay some, would definitely do this. Make the charge re-occuring (maybe not every month but maybe every 2-3 months) and with the "best" plan you would have all information (whether things would change or not) be sent to you (via email).

Then you would never worry about what's coming...you'd know about World of Heroes or CoH2 or City of Citizens.....

Oh and if I had money lying around...I'll go for the $5.99 plan.

Edit: well, I managed to get another copy through, so that's 25 more rolls. And now the copy tool is again making me wait forever.

I'll try to do some 20-24 rolls 'soon'

I think it is stupid that if you make a mistake somewhere you have to go back and redo all your slotting and power selections all the way back to right when you made the mistake.

It's an awkward, clumsy and stupid system.
The main thing that I agree with you about is the 10 enhancement slot restriction. I know I've spent a few respecs just to try to save all the lvl 25/30 common IOs I've used in various characters.

I will say that there should be more than one way to respec a toon. There should be a way to just replace a power, or just respec enhancements, or re-arrange certain powers.
  10. Well I'd love to see some form or account wide storage like Silas is talking about. So I'll /sign that part.

Not sure about the "non-stupid respec system" though. There are things I'd like to see done and/or added to it but I think respec is fine as is for the most part.

Ah okay so this is a rumor based on something a dev/moderator said in the game during an event. Well good then!
  12. Very nice all! I liked the Nemesis one the best I think.

A new zone is being released. It will be a level 37 to level 40 mega-adventure pack located in the infamously neutral territory of Arobiv Bay. The apocalypse has come and it is up to the half Hero, half Villain Leikareht to stop it. I've been told that we should be getting more info on this soon, including a web page detailing the features, screen shots, and a video trailer. This expansion is free.

    I've seen this before.....but where..... >_> <_<

And uh....who told you this OP? Or are you just trying to 'fish' for news?

From what I've read/understand, it's 1-20 and then when you reach a certain lvl (40/45 ?) you can/go back to Praetoria to switch sides (if you wanted to). So maybe 1-20, 40-50?

If only there were more information about this whole GR thing...
  15. First picture is a bit too bright...is it always bright like that? It's a bit too bright to know what is what I think....*shrugs*

    Congrats to all though.
  16. So....news coming out today marketing/devs?
  17. Yes...waiting to make a Dual Pistols/MM Blaster (most likely) and a Demon Summoning/* MM.

Beyond that I'm waiting and hoping for more new powersets but....we'll see I guess.

    And yeah, I was SK'd.

Yeah when I was lvl'ing up my Ice/Kin Corruptor, he was lvl 20-ish/maybe 30 and was lk'ed up to a lvl 49/50 and doing his missions and I got an Apoc. purple recipe, that was a nice surprise

I think I've received about 6-8 purples in my time. I thought they were 'hard' to come by but I was like Westley. Once I hit 50 with a toon I usually stopped playing it and played my other chars to get them to 50. Well once I got my Fire/Earth Dom. to 50 and got him IO'ed out I started to do some 'farms' on him...got 4 purples from him (sold 1 already though, silly me :/)...nothing outrageous, just mainly purples from the sleep/hold set. But yeah...it's 'amazing' what happens when you play lvl 50 chars...a better chance for purples

Ah yes, I too like Crane Kick! It just seems so satisfying with the animation and then watching the mob get KB'ed back a bit

Hehe, you do that too? On my Mind/Emp Controller I sometimes 'get bored' and just confuse lowbie mobs and watch to see who wins as well...

Another vote for Lightning Rod from me. Also Lightning Storm...I love anything lightning pretty much (except for most of the Elec. Blast set ...I love the Elec. Blast's nuke though!).

I'm also really starting to enjoy Singularity/Wormhole. I have Sing out, use Wormhole and tp the mobs on top of/near my Singy and then when they get tp'ed from Wormhole the mobs bounce off of my Singy...hehe!

Gale is pretty good too (have it on my Storm/Psy Def.)...

Fulcrum Shift is still pretty good but back when it had the original sound effects...oh yes...loved it!

In fact I like most of the Kinetics powers...Siphon Speed/Power....just love the "sucking something from the enemy and giving it to me" animations.

Propel. I've always liked the animation....sure it may not be the best damaging power but...man it's fun to throw a random object at a mob!

    There's more....but can't think of any atm.

Edit: Oh yeah...and Poison Trap from the Traps set...love that power!

I agree; I'd say the list from easiest to hardest would be as follows:

    1. Black Scorpion
    2. Mako
    3. Scirocco
    4. Ghost Widow

Mako and Scirocco could be close to a tie but I put Sci as harder to beat just because of the AoE EMP Pulse with large damage and the dust devils that put him above Mako. Mako really doesn't have any AoE/cone attacks beyond his shark immobilization power (which is easily avoided).
