i have 2 full sets of zephyrs on my toons, it gives nice bonuses, caped jump and run speed (what is really needed nowdays) and KB prot..just personal opinion though...

they are not terrible just not worth of really trying to make one now...
VEATs took dmg nerf in i14 and also since elusivity got nerfed from 30% to 10% defense is kind of lol again.

If you try to bring one to zones you would mostlikely get farmed (due being only visible target since everything else are stalkers..well maybe corrs but they got res and hiber so it is other issue), if you bring it to arena duels you simply won't do enough dmg for the not that great survivability widows have atm. Sure you could always beat bad players but is it what you want?

since the test ladder is not so active i thought i would suggest just to run kickballs on friday nights on test for fun...everyone can join, from any server, gotta be 50 and i would highly suggest you to get some IOs lol. We would love to see new faces and have some fun.

You can buy endlessly amount of respecs on test from NCSOFT shop so you can reslot your toon if you want to.

If you don't know kickball is team based arena matches. Up to 16 players join event, 2 captains will be picked, and this 2 captains pick players from the event for their team. So the chance for random team is pretty high

Suggested rules are: DR on, TS off, HD off

We want to run kickball next friday at 9 pm EST in Pocket D, Training room 1, Test Server.

If you have any questions you could send me tell on @EnD-Reitanna (both test and live).

Well first of all, both ATs are squishy and hero side simply has most burst damage in game (see blasters). Should i remind you on emp+blaster combos in the past? We knew what happend before, corrs would come, get farmed and stalkers would do their thing except running with phase and not hiber. The reason you see only corrs and stalkers here is not because of phase like powers alone but rather travel supression. You can't escape spike anymore really so only what left is phase or hiber or both. I think travel supression is rather bad for melee ATs now but it is just my opinion.

this sounds like fight club rules...i am sorry to tell you but not everyone got great defense, resistance and enormous amount of HP (not to mention dmg nowdays) like tanks. I am pretty sure that if corr gets attacked by 2 and tank gets attacked by 2 the tanker has much better chance to get away or actually kill the attackers. Inspirations are made to be used, same with phase, besides devs already allowed you to attack phased player, go get warburg temp and stop complaining. This both things were used since pvp was introduced, would be time to get used to it no?

On last note, i sure don't like new pvp at all, some changes weren't bad but whole system was just bad implemented. And i agree i would rather roll back to old pvp but since it won't happen maybe we should work on fixing what we have atm.

i wonder how many stalkers that day went to hunt him down...
