  10. Regen Scrappers play much differently compared to Regen Stalkers. While the Stalkers don't get QR, they really only need to use AS. So stamina isn't as necessary for them if you're somewhat smart about your blue bar.
  11. Ice/Ice synergizes much better compared to Fire/Ice... Ice/Fire on the other hand is pretty beastly.

  18. Build for +hp (at least 1400, 1450+ is better) +dmg (20% or more) +acc (you have no bu/aim) +rech (40-50 is good, mines at 70)
  19. Get a ranged Mez power and detoggle them.
  20. Needs more dmg bonus, needs tactics w/ perception IO, drop invis/phase, switch to levi mastery for hibernoob, spirit shark, and jaws for a ranged detoggler, put the stealth IO in sprint, slot SS for movement/endrdx however u want, I really wouldn't go without the leaping pool, only 5 doc wounds in recon, get a kismet +acc in there somewhere, 4 makos in barrage is plenty, etc.

So for example you can hold someone and when the hold wears off, you can hit confuse and they will still be mezzed (not from the hold, but from the confuse), Knockback is also on a seperate timer from confuse and (holds/stuns/sleeps/fears).

    So it's entirely possible to hold someone for 5 secs, confuse them for another 5 secs, then knock em back, in a couple seconds after that it will be possible to repeat the chain
