Is elusivity still in? Heard it was yanked or broken...or something, maybe? Didn't see it under detailed info...

Is the combat attribute monitor borked in PvP? As in not showing correct +recharge values, etc.

After you hold someone when can you hold them again, 15s right? Does that start right when the hold is applied? Can you immob, stun, fear, etc them before or does all mez share the same suppression or w/e?

PFF + dispersion bubble showed like 20% defense on my pal's troller, just SO's, is that norm? Does IO'ing really help it out?

Sorry, that's all the newb questions I can think of atm, besides if there is a up to date pvp faq...and why they don't take off the old sticky one. >_>

Yes, It was reduced to 10%, basically yanked.
Yes, many attributes do not display correctly. it is part of the fun
Yes, starts when hold expires, all mez is on same supression except kb, maybe confuse cant' recall this moment
Diminished returns increased the "fun" by lowering whatever effort you put in your build. It's fun. IO's help, but are also reduced heavily. Procs are good.
The old pvp faq is no longer applicable to anything.

[/ QUOTE ] Confuse operates on a different suppression timer. So for example you can hold someone and when the hold wears off, you can hit confuse and they will still be mezzed (not from the hold, but from the confuse), Knockback is also on a seperate timer from confuse and (holds/stuns/sleeps/fears).

So it's entirely possible to hold someone for 5 secs, confuse them for another 5 secs, then knock em back, in a couple seconds after that it will be possible to repeat the chain

Cool, thanks.

Another quick question, do heal draining attacks like Siphon Life apply the healing decay? I know melee sets self heals are not supposed to, while pbaoe heals do, but just curious on heal drains...

*sigh* Elusivity. That mechanic was designed (if you read Arcanaville's original post on it) before Diminishing Returns. Maybe it can be made to work with DR, and maybe it can't. But for one Issue my SR Scrapper was actually playable in PvP (NOT an unkillable god, just playable). It was glorious.

Dern Forts for making Elusivity seem like it was better than it was. Dern them!
