Snow storm is a complete skip for arena and for zone is only good for harassing fliers. Steamy mist is still handy to cap off your stealth and it can hold both resist and defense kb protect IOs which is no small consideration.
O2 boost was mostly skippable before and is less useful now. Gale can be slotted up for enough kb to put a lot of people on their butts in zone play but for arena most of the people you face will have enough kb protection to stop it cold.
I wouldn't skip O2 boost, beside increasing your team mates preception it's a nice counter for Heat Exhaustion. It's also nice to have for if you plan on doing alot of team arena duels, less greens your partner(s) have to carry. In zone it heal just enough to keep your team mate alive to escape, or counter back depends on the situation.
Snow Storm is pretty useless in arena setting, but shine a little in zone. Perma travel supress your target, plus most people don't tend to look back when been chase.

So of the 3 (02, Snow Storm, Tornado), which 2 would you guys take? Casual dueling and small team arena is all I do.

That. Ya don't want to spend all your time retoggling after you get mezzed, and you already would need to retoggle 'cane.
Just real quick, as I already have a few storm 50s and am now leveling up a Mind/Storm, but I really still don't get the post i12 pvp, can someone explain how storm strategies have changed in regards to picking up/slotting/using the following powers: Snow Storm, Steamy Mist, Tornado (I know slows are neutered and offensive toggles are meh and mist doesn't really do much with global resists around)
I understand Hurricane/Freezing Rain/Lightning Storm are pretty much the same tactics except that hurricane gets detoggled all the time and lightning storm takes a little more strategy to use, but the other powers I'm not sure how to use now or if I should even be getting all of them.
I will primarily use these for arena I think.
Also, so I don't have to make another thread, specifically for the Mind/Storm, how is confuse now?
