I went mako for KO blow. I love it. Decent shield, and you can pick up a Hold. But KO blow is awesome!!

Oh yes KO blow is glorious, made playing that fire/ss tank to 50 very fun. 
I'm torn on bile spray or the immob cone. On one hand you have a least defended/resisted dmg type and on the other you have an immob to keep down the runners.
Go with the immob. Bile Spray is an AoE so the damage is piddly at best, and damage type is largely irrelevant in an age where all the squishies have something like 40% resistance to everything after DR.

Fun Factoid irrelevant to PvP builds: The fact that they put KO Blow in the shark pool should make it fairly obvious that the devs don't take their own jobs seriously. Not that we don't already know that.
I've been scratching my head at MMs getting KO Blow at all (not just at the pool it's in) since I13 beta.
