Not a skip power in my book. It's a great team buff that will keep everyone topped out, it's not even a power that you have to put alot of effort into (both slot wise and due to it's long duration it doesn't have to be spammed).
-
Keep in mind you can also choose to split the set across 2 powers 3/3.
This gives you 10% s/l defense and 6% hp for a total of 6 slots. (Catalyzed)
Compare that to 3 sets of kinetic combat which gives 11.25% s/l defense and 4.5% hp for a total of 12 slots. -
-
It wasn't a rumor, they originally said at a player summit that the two slots, genesis and hybrid, would be released together, which was the case until a more recent UStream stated otherwise that there would just be a single slot released.

Ironically, if the damage buff is applied as a +X% dmg buff, it will be terrible for brutes, just like musculature is. Hopefully they will keep it useful for ATs that don't benefit much from damage buffs or are already sitting close to or at the damage cap (kinetics)

Quote:Doubtful.
I wonder if this will be good enough to be active zones for more than one run through.
Any new zone that doesn't extend to level 50 shows inactivity issues. IMO, any zone that doesn't go to 50 is a huge waste of time for the amount the content will actually get played. -
The paragon point worth of the incarnate system wouldn't be less than the cost of a monthly sub.

Musculature+Sleet+Pyronic Judgment = over 9000.
^ One reason why I like my doms, they just do so much damage with Judgment. -
Make the pets inherit whatever travel power you have toggled on. IE: if you're flying they should fly, if you're super speeding, so should they, etc. (Don't say group fly or team teleport, I will smack you)
Then make all the primaries that don't have access to recharge intensive pet IOs get access to them.
Then increase damage on personal attacks. -
Quote:Sleet tends to do thatJust to update, Sleet has increased the character's survivability dramatically to the point where I've put the difficulty back up to x2 for most content. Thanks for all the advice so far.
When you hit 38 your endurance woes will begin to fade as well as getting one of the best 'oh ****' buttons in the game. Then at 41 you should pick up a patron shield, which will bump up your survivability again by quite a bit. You made it past all the hard levels of being a cold, you're in the golden levels now, which will keep getting better all the way up to 50. -
Spectral (75% DoT path) for a fire/cold corr. The chance for immob is small but when it does trigger it will help keep enemies within your rains. The DoT component does just as much as Reactive.

Yes, Mids is still bugged. For StJ's finishers (SC, SS, CU), it is currently adding the dmg of the tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 combo levels, so in other words about 3x damage for those abilities.

Quote:Since I have class on tuesdays at 6 and won't be able to make this, ill just mention the easy way to win this.Death Race 2012
Level Range: 35-40
Location: Cimerora
Start time: 9:00 PM Eastern (Gather earlier to get everyone going)
Goal: Complete an Imperious Task Force within ONE HOUR with the MOST DEATHS.
Complete the tf within 15 minutes all but 10-15 cimerorans on the last mission. Then spend the next 45 minutes spamming wakies in front of cim mobs, when you run out of your stack of 20 wakies, hosp and get more wakies. Complete the tf before the hour is up. Sounds suuuuuper fun. >.>
edit: if each person on a team of 8 can average 20 deaths/min for 45 minutes your team should get ~7200 deaths. Maybe halve that for travel time. -
I took it on my fire/fire scrapper, because the set otherwise holds aggro as well as rain of fire does vs siphon speed'd tsoo.
-
If you're using a glad armor proc it is quite easy to fit in a bunch of purple sets on a Shield.

It's hard to say whether Ageless core or radial would be better without seeing your build. Do you rely on the recovery to stay end sustainable? If you do switching to the radial side might be a bad idea. I only have ageless on a single toon, my ss/fire, and I use the core side because he needs the recovery when I'm not using my Vigor alpha.
Also Ageless Radial isn't a resistance debuff... it resists debuffs on your toons. So say you were hit with a 10% tohit debuff, you would be hit for a 6% tohit debuff instead with ageless radial (made up numbers). Ageless Radial does not debuff enemies.
Also I would strongly recommend a different interface ability than Paralytic. Choose an interface with a 75% chance for damage over time. The interface abilities without DoT components are pretty much trash. -
Quote:The half issues are not full issues though, they're not even close. The half issue updates is content that got pushed back from the original release of the intended issue. You're forgetting to count the half-Issues in between, and the SSAs
Saying issues are coming out once every 5-6 months is completely fair, because that's what is happening.
I'm glad that there won't be an i22.5 cause tbh it would just mean a longer wait for i23. -
Between SR, WP and Shield: SR and WP will have better low end and leveling up performance as well as a potentially cheaper high end. Fire/Shield on the other hand will be the unequivocal best of the 3 with a proper build.

They're supposedly going to be adding a second weapon pack at some point, they made that fairly clear when they released the first one.

A leveling Cold build will be extremely different compared to a lvl 50 cold build.
First off you're going to want Aid Self. Cold is actually quite squishy before you get softcapped defenses because it has zero self healing, no tohit debuffs, just overall very minimal self protection at SO levels. Cold is also a very late blooming set, the set doesn't really become it's potential until lvl 35 when you get Sleet and you won't get your end management until level 38 with Heat Loss which won't be anywhere close to perma until you start getting some set bonuses.
Cold is an extremely powerful set, it's just really late blooming. It's not weird that you are having difficulty at the moment. -
Quote:well first off you will want to look here (I am assuming you are hero side): http://paragonwiki.com/wiki/Hero_AccoladesHey guys...didn't know where else to ask this...so decided to just do it here.
I play tanks and brutes almost exclusively. Because of time constraints I spend a lot of time soloing. I seldom have the time to wait around for task forces to form, and I have little experience with them lately anyways.
I would like to pick up the "accolades" that boost my characters' hit points by 10% (Is that figure correct?) So...what I want to know is...is there anyway to do this SOLO...and one mission at a time?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Portal Jockey is an easy place to start, you can do Maria Jenkin's AV a Hero's Hero (or Hero's Epic) through ouroboros solo as long as you can solo EBs.
Atlas Medallion is also very easy, get your hunts done in Striga, the rest is plaques/explores and a quick flashback mission as is pretty much the same routine for Freedom Phalanx Reserve Member
Task Force Commander requires doing Posi, synapse, sister psyche, citadel, manticore, and numina tfs. All of these are solo-able TFs. (use red insps for the final AV). Invite as many people as required to start the tf including either a friend or a second account that doesn't mind keeping their toon on the tf while you work through it. The friend can log their toon out, just not quit the tf, or the tf will auto disband if you're the only one on it. Have everyone else who came to fill quit the TF, mobs will scale down to 2 players. You can then complete the tf at your leisure.
There are also villain versions of all the hero accolades as well that have different requirements, some easier, some harder.
