People keep saying that AE is dead, but for me it's never been better. I have spent more time in AE post-i16 then I did before. Then again, I hated all the boss farms. They alone kept me from setting foot in an AE building.

I did start the game with just time cards. I never bothered to add a credit card till I switched.

First, calm down. You act as though because it didn't work for you then it will never work for anyone else. That is not true. For the first year of both my first and second accounts I didn't have a credit card on file. I was using time cards. They worked just fine for me most of the time. I switched to a credit card because I would have occasional troubles with it taking a time card. I got tired of having to wait a few days to get the issues worked out.

Well, I haven't had any problem with support lately so I can't say that they are worse now. They have always done a good job for me.

Because this is something that not everyone is having a problem with, it makes it harder for them to figure out what is wrong. I know you want this fixed now, but reality says that it may take longer. They are working it.

Sounds like you have a bug there. It's working the way it should for me. Try verifying the files the next time you log in to see if you have a messed up file.

AE will never die, but at least we don't have to listen to people looking for boss farms. It was nice to see people calling for sewer teams again...

I would support this idea because it's optional. I don't agree that the future of CoX is PvP, but I do think it has a place.

I almost never see anyone when I go for a nuke. When I see someone, I'll find a place to hide and send them a tell asking if they are after a nuke too, or if they are there to PvP. I'll leave them alone if they just want a nuke and ask that they do the same. If they want Pvp or I get attacked, I just leave the zone. They will not leave me alone once they know I'm there. It's not harassment, That's just PvP. All I can hope is that they will get bored after I leave and go find something else to do.

The server page has been messed up for some time now. I don't trust it anymore. I just try to log in and if I can't then I know the servers are down.

I said that it's not needed because it's very easy to earn what you needed without a global bank. I never said that people shouldn't have it because I didn't want it.
Your point that it should be added because people want it. I get that. I just don't see that as a good enough reason.
In the end how you or I feel on it doesn't matter. Only what the Devs think matters -
Also keep in mind that the enemy type you fight determines what they will drop. Mobs like the Circle of Thorns will drop Magic enhancements. Same goes for Salvage drops.

I know I will never use something like this. I've tried voice chat in other games and found myself turning it off the first chance I got.

I play on Virtue, and it's so sad that this is true. People are SUPER cynical and jaded. I used to try to run some contests like that for fun, and whoooo boy - to hear people whine, there are no contests run on Virtue that aren't staged.
There are too many that think it's fun to see if they can get people to show up for a fake CC though. If I see that happen, I will join with a few others and host a quick CC just to show that not everyone are jerks. -

yes it is because I just logged in but, the Server Status page is still showing all servers down!
It is now eight hours since shut down and I only tried after seeing this thread because of the "Down" status!
Or am I the only one still seeing this status? (Maybe my browser is not refreshing correctly?)

The old tricks of teaming with a higher level toon to get max XP no longer work the way you are used to with the new Super Sidekick system. The best thing you can do is turn up your difficulty.

I would love it if they would make the arenas cross-server. If it worked, then maybe they could see if they could make the PvP zones cross-server. I'll miss being able to get a shivan without running into anyone else. It would be a small price to pay to see the zones full of people.

I was not around when Base Raids still were. From pics and youtube videos it looked really fun. Too bad the Devs are on a mission to get rid of anything PvP related.

This is a bug that keeps popping back up after they fix it (normally a patch or two after the fix.) Anytime I have it hit me after working on my base, I just use the /unloadgfx command. This fixes it for me most of the time.
