Inability to load into missions/Global down/Lack of support

I have been attempting to obtain support and information from the developement team through in game petitions and email correspondance for the issue of inability to load into any mission map when globals are down. Any attempt to load into a map causes a hardlock and reset of the game. For three days now I have received ZERO ingame support, generic emails, and absolutely no answers.
The email I received yesterday, pointing out this was 6 hours after I filed a petition stating I was unable to load any mission follows:

Thank you for your report. The Quality Assurance Team will be evaluating this report to determine a resolution for the issue. If this issue is confirmed as one that requires change, it will be placed on a list and prioritized along with any other issues that exist in the game.

Some high-priority issues are scheduled to be fixed within days or even hours of when the issue is first discovered. However, most issues take several weeks or months before a fix is designed, constructed, tested, and eventually passed into the live game environment. We hope you'll understand if you don't see a fix to your issue right away.

You can watch the City of Heroes/City of Villains message boards and website at http://www.cityofheroes.com or http://www.cityofvillains.com for any updates to when a fix will be implemented.

If you need direct assistance due to a mission or connection issue, please file a separate petition using the /petition command or Support menu option in-game. You can also create a ticket online by visiting http://help.ncsoft.com.

MONTHS?????? Of all the generic emails to drop... We hope you understand if it takes months for a fix in order for you to actually run missions????

Whatever happened to ingame support???? I cant remember the last time I actually had a gm come online and assist. Since the change of hands all I receive are emails requesting I wait patiently due to high volume of tickets, escalation of issue to senior, and bush beating.

This is just one of many frustrating encounters with the dev team I have had recently. I would share more but the dozens of correspondances would take up too much room.

How many of you out there are experiencing the same type of "lack of support"?

Obviously this is not affecting everyone. In fact, it's clearly not affecting any significant number of people. That makes it very hard to track down the problem. I realize this isn't any consolation to you, but they're in the position of, "Well, first we need to figure out what is causing this... then we can think about fixing it."

I have to agree, the support lately has been rather bad. I got my response to a bugged KHTF, somewhere around a day later, when they told me they couldn't help me since I had for some reason logged off. Not 6 hours after the bugged KHTF.


Then a few hours after that KHTF, a Hami raid began forming, the best part about that raid though, was that while starting the assault on the first bloom, we were hit by massive and repeating DCs not even allowing us to fail. These DCs hit about the same time the Global/Mission problems began, so either the Hami raid broke the game, or it was affected by the problem.

These Mission/Global problem are actually affecting a good number of people, so I hope this will be fixed soon.

Because this is something that not everyone is having a problem with, it makes it harder for them to figure out what is wrong. I know you want this fixed now, but reality says that it may take longer. They are working it.

Sure I would like it to be fixed soon, but I was just commenting on the support we're currently recieving.

Well, I haven't had any problem with support lately so I can't say that they are worse now. They have always done a good job for me.
