Major Memory Error...
One of the computers I'm running is the exact same computer pretty much, processor and RAM-wise. I've had the same issue when it comes to base editting on the computer, so I can verify that this is indeed a problem.
All of my computer's drivers are up-to-date.
Since I don't have access to that computer at the time, I cannot post a Hi-Jackthis or DxDiag report.
Pretty sure that this issue affects anyone using the base editor lol. It just continues to use more and more ram until you restart.

This is a bug that keeps popping back up after they fix it (normally a patch or two after the fix.) Anytime I have it hit me after working on my base, I just use the /unloadgfx command. This fixes it for me most of the time.

This isn't, I think, a new issue. But I have been noticing it more in the last day or so as I redevelop my SG base.
After editing the base I must exit the client and reload, this is due to the base editor not releasing memory that it has used back into windows. If I open and close the editor (which I often do to test heights and looks) the memory footprint of the client often ends up with multiple gigabytes in use.
On my main PC (and others) I tend to have about 600Mb memory in use while playing the game. This obviously goes up when doing TFs etc but after a while drops back to the 600Mb figure.
After editing the base the figure never drops below about 1300Mb (1.3Gb), if I open and close the base editor the figure will rise by another 6-700Mb. Though not normally higher. Due to my PC only having 2Gb RAM this obviously makes the game sluggish.
Now I'm not a programmer so I don't know why this happens, but it suggests an error with the base editor.
