I saw that build in another thread. Thanks for reposting it here. Gives me something else to look at / contemplate for a reworking.
On my first build i went AoC but never did Total Dominate. Not really powers I'd want so would have to find alternate things. I had/have the medicine pool and rez...rez was nice for parties but I'm finding it less useful to a point on these trials as the hospitals are right in the missions and it's slow to refresh & cast, still first aid is a tad useful with people disintegrating if you have more then just that healing them. Also good for topping off your own health as you get randomly blasted during the new trial as Rebirth:Regen just doesn't refresh fast enough -

So say an issue comes out and it has 2 powersets at 600 pp, a costume set at 400 pp and another 400 pp for some emotes/costume changes and 200 for a small story arc with badge... so the issue ends up costing a total of 1600 points. We just don't know with the information we've been given and what a vet will get for "free" as we'll still be paying our 15 bucks a month.
Say that we don't get any of that free, now we have to wait months to use free points (4 of them for the above example) or pay for PP @ 5 bucks / 400 to get the stuff nao on top of our monthly fee.
Thats all theoretical as we don't know what we'll actually get in all aspects of the game as a veteran payer. -
hahaha yeah I remember so many of those stupid missions where they'd follow you around and then POW! LEEEROOYYY JENNKINSSSS!! right into an easily avoidable mob, only to die and then you had to start all over.

IMO AoE defense is less important on a Fortunata because I'm fighting from range and am seldom the target of a lot of focused fire. Not like a Night Widow who is constantly in the middle of things.It's a good thing hehehe.
Ok going to have to break out mids and start trying to rework this fort build....probably drop aid self line or something and keep to mostly recharge to get ML up and figure a way to wiggle hasten in. -

I created my widow/fort after the beta and used the same name I used during beta for her. When i built her I tried to softcap my positionals and keep my recharge around hasten levels (i'm at 75% ~ 4 lotgs have room for 1 more) as I don't have hasten, so ML became an oh crap/defense debuff cascade failure/team help tool. I only managed to get melee/ranged softcapped and aoe around 40%ish outside of ML.
Now that I have access to destiny:rebith+regen and am shooting for t4 from the t3 I have, I'm thinking of dropping first aid and adding in even more utility, such as regular assault to double stack them. I do have double maneuvers running currently and use the t3 or t4 alpha:cardiac due to endurance issues that widow veats suffer in general. Originally I took darkest night to help out teams with AV's and stuff but it was just too expensive so I specced into gloom/obliteration for some more damage as my damage always seemed a tad low to me (no pylons for joo).
trying to figure out what to juggle where gives me headaches. I did slot rech/def in ml and the pure rech from the accuracy set but didn't realize about the HO/SHOs so that's good news and I'm thinking of grabbing hasten anyway to help when dealing with being slowed by foes.
Will have to take a look at more builds and build for more recharge -

So do all fortunatas just go for around 37% def and just spam hasten/ml all the time then? hasten on auto... in order to softcap or do people actually build for softcap without ML?
I found it was far easier to build that on a night widow then fort and my fort needs a makeover I think. -

Is it even possible to perma mindlink on a fortunata without hasten? I've been messing with various builds for a few hours now and can't seem to get its refresh down to its recharge...
So do all of you forts just spam hasten on recharge to keep ML up all the time? I really hate having to do that, which is why I played a widow in the first placetoggle on powers and just pew pew.
I've also been checking out a ML-less fort and can't quite get my aoe up to cap without ML.... may have to sacrifice some powers for other set bonuses to do that.
Also do any of you take the darkest night debuff in Soul Mastery? I'd love to be able to debuff for groups but the endurance cost is excessive even with heavily slotting said power for end red. Seems like it forces you to take Cardiac Core for the excessive endurance drain. -

Another option is to pull a slot from Tough; you'd lose about 1-1.5% of S/L resistance, but that won't be noticeable, especially if you're getting the Cardiac alpha.
I've kept hover with 2 slots, not for the bonus really but for the fact I used to do lgtf all the time and hovering allows for attacking the mitos with no real endurance drain compared to fly. I'd love both powers but there's nothing else I can really give up as i find oots useful and grant cover is muling a lotg
Thanks for the advice on tough. I'd lose some max end but that may be doable as I built aggressively to handle endurance issues on this character, but that would let me get hasten up far more often.

Can I turn in my unused server transfers for paragon points. I'd even take a hit and accept 400pp instead of the 800 (10$).
server transfers are nigh useless to me and i'll probably never use them, so I'd like the option for something else instead. -
Hi there everyone in tankerland!
I recently started doing some of the trials to kit out my tanker and other characters and am not sure what Destiny enhancement I should go for, nor if there are any minor tweaks I can make to my tank to make her better then she currently is. I'm pretty happy with her performance so far...
Could use more recharge as hasten only has 1 slot and I use it to counter being slowed...but I can't see where to take slots from.... I've been using the Alpha Cardiac Core for the +20% resistances as SD is weak in that area.
EDIT: I'm on the fence with either Barrier or Rebirth. The regen is great and at t4 would basically double what I have when its at its weakest. Barrier at it's weakest hardly does anything it seems :/

- There are no secondary colors on the gloves, unlike all other parts.
- There is no Decor (fancy) versions of gloves & boots.

Seems the artist has the meshes far too close to each other / on top of each other, hence the flicker.What's worse is that these same clipping issues occur even on the default model - and that, unlike the Clockwork chest piece - these... spaz! The clipping areas 'blink' rapidly; as if the texture beneath it is alive and trying to break free. That's a horrible way to describe it, but short of taking some video.. I can't think of any good way to put it.
But the CLockwork Chest piece really does bug me, too. It doesn't ruin nearly as many outfits, though - and you can fix it by lowering the chest/physique a good ways. I'd still like to see a fix for that too, though! -
the mesh is too close/tight to the body. This has happened in the past with other pieces and still happens with different breast/chest sizes on the Clockwork Chest Detail, which I've bugged a few times with included screenshots. Eventually they get around to fixing these things but it takes an extreme amount of them for them to do so.
The breasts on the jacket model look very weird (they're smooshed in at the sides) due to them being deformed for easier fitting of the jacket models. This becomes very obvious when using any top without the steampunk chest detail items (bustier & corset). This is probably also what's causing a bit more issue with those chest detail parts on the non jacket bodies as they are different and not so deformed.
My personal opinion was even though these were jackets they should have been in their own category, like unique tops where you can find the toga. This would have allowed all glove styles, which jackets lack, all sleeves with said gloves, which sleeveless lacks, and not have given the deformed breast look. It surprises me that these things are not caught during development as they know that the breast size slider goes from small to large, yet only average ever seems to be developed on and the rest forgotten to be checked before release.

Overall these parts look great but also look unfinished as not all the parts that are similar (shoulder, boots, gloves) have the same look and options across them as seen below:
Shoulders Have: Decor Normal, Decor Radiance (glowie bits), Normal (no fancy engravings), Radiance (no fancy engravings)
Gloves Have: Normal, Radiance
Boots Have (both Ascension & Ascension w/armor): Normal, Radiance
Missing Visual Similarities/Options:
Shoulders: None (could use very minor detail tweak to be more like boots)
Gloves: Decor Normal, Decor Radiance, Secondary color on gloves, like boots have (see below)
Boots (both Ascension & Ascension w/armor): Decor Normal, Decor Radiance

Steampunk Pack:
The new "Victorian Collar 02" aka "choker without cameo" is only in "Standard" heads for females (detail 2). All other categories that have "Victorian Collar 01" are missing 02.
Request: Please duplicate those half vest jackets into the Shirts Category. Shirts has access to sleeves & almost every glove while Jackets has an extremly limited selection of gloves and Sleeveless Jackets has, of course no sleeve option, though it has roughly the same amount of gloves as Shirts. This change would allow the open-vest look to be worn with the sleeves and many many gloves that are currently impossible with the vest+sleeves combo. The Victorian chest detail parts would need to be copied into Shirts also to finish the look.
Group Fly:
Still boosts the flight speed of people in it slower then the Person Casting Group Fly, so everyone falls behind and then out of the sphere.
Suggestion: Increase the flight speed of everyone inside the sphere but the caster to be 10% faster then the caster of the power. This should allow them to keep up with the caster without any issue.

These are Incarnate powers and while they should probably not tick on every attack ticking every 10 seconds makes them nothing more then some invention SO, not even a good invention IO at that. They should tick far more often, like every 5 seconds as the stacking is capped anyway. -
Couple Questions:
How do you find new authbits? Is there some sort of command to list all of these things or some sort of file to extract with things what not be named but are related to swine?...if so what file
Anyone know, if there are no answers to the above, what the proper LockedOption badge name is for the new vanguard costume thing? I tried the_constant and the_constant_cc but neither worked. :/
Also what about the new Incarnate stuff? the emotes & costume changes? any idea on the authbit for them? -
