I have no problems with the wisps or the Dark Matter aura becoming available in the market I also would like to see the CoV collector's edition things become available somehow, since I don't have those. I also have no problems with the Hero CE stuff becoming available in the market too.

The first time you connected Windows should have picked up that this is a login page and offer to remember password. If you said Yes to that then just clicking in the password box should fill in the credentials.
Note this is a function of Windows NOT your browser and so the credentials are stored in the registry rather than the cookie that IE/Chrome/FF use. I think whether this is enabled may be dependent on your Windows security settings, some security suites may disable it as well.
If you said NO to that prompt you will need to hunt out a registry hack to clear the entry.
You may also have clicked YES to the "Do not remember any more passwords" prompt. -

I'm comfortable doing things like purchasing points in game but for things like switching billing or adding codes (like the dark matter aura code) I like to do that through the web site and I had no problems getting into the account to do that from my desktop browser. If I had thought to not the code from my phone I could've been able to apply it from my phone. but that's more brain fog than anything else

it seems like the most vocal anti-steam people are the ones that are against any form of DRM. Sadly, DRM is a reality today it's just a matter of whether it's something that does a quick check in or must have a consistent Internet connection even for Single player mode (like D3)
