I've been to big raids that have resulted in multiple RWZ instances, and I've seen above average but still tolerable lag, 300-400 ping, on those occasions. Last night I saw around double that for the same size raid.
On pre-16 raids, even those that filled up the zone, you'd see occasional complaints of lag, but last night, once everyone got to the bowl and started mashing buttons the comment sentiment seemed to be that the lag was much worse than usual. -

This patch disabled an exploit that allowed players to create characters under 4 feet tall. They were burrowing under City Hall in Atlas Park and causing electrical outages.

This one has been refuted, but it's an old favorite.
Clicking the glowies in the first mission of the hero respec makes the final mission harder. -
I experienced this issue too. The whole team mapservered right before the last AV fell.

Whoa, seriously? I was on a Kahn TF today that mapservered RIGHT before we could kill Nemesis. And just as in your experience, the mish was considered completed and no one on the team received any merit rewards.

Demobot was my first hero. Well, maybe not, but he was certainly the first I ever got past level 14. Also my first 50. And the first toon I ever fully IO'd.

Are you aware there's no such thing as a villain Scrapper? There are Brutes and to a (much, much, much) lesser extent Stalkers, but no Scrappers redside.
