k, so I've been crashing at least once per day in the last 10 days, always a bit after the moment I log in and start a mission, almost about to finish it. Anyone els with the same problem?

Great news and cool trailer (loved the part on which States turns to the camera and changes to Tyrant, and the city view behind him). It was about time to show some progress in front of all those DOOM and Farewell threads of the last 2-3 weeks.

After searching a lot, finally I've found a thread explaining the same bg I have, which I reported a couple of weeks a go... probably it was around for quite some time, but it didn't happen to me before Issue 14 was released.... checking my I.D., which I don't use it for nothing special, just a list of my 50s in order of server and game (heroside an villainside), changed it from a vertical list to a square wall of words... and eveing trying to re-write them in the proper order, it didn't work at all.

I actually know people that have left the game twice or three times, but as you said, they always come back... k, then maybe a little amount borrowed would be enough this time...

I'm Defcon Kid, 46 months veteran currently, 12 50s (NONE of them by farming), 8 in Defiant and 4 in Union, and I have no plans of leaving this game.

I must admit that I've lost count on all the "sorry but this is boring, I'm fed up with all these broken and unreliable promises and I'm leaving maybe for a while, maybe forever" threads of the last couple of days, so, to sum up... Can I have your stuff pleaseeeeee??? Admittedly, I'd set my toons in pure gold if I get all your influence/imfamy and sets

Now in a more serious tone, I'm as disappointed as you are, but I say lets give them a bit more time, as it's mentioned in the information about the new TF/SF, Hero 1 Time capsule must be opened in November 2009... maybe in time for Issue 16 or 17?? Who knows, maybe we get what we're looking for and we've been promised so many times by then. I think it's worth keeping active accounts, although it's just for vet rewards

I've been reading this and several other threads for the last hour or so, and I must admit that I'm disappointed too... well, we cannot say that they haven't given us ANY content at all in the last 2-3 issues... we've had a new map, a bit of powerset proliferation, a couple of booster packs... BUT there are lots of things hanging at least since 2007: Hero 1 fate, "Coming" (who knows when ) Storm, Mender Silos true alliegance, Return of 5th Column (at least it seems this has been included in the next Issue), more Strike Forces to compensate heroside, 1 or 2 maps revamped, Positron and Synapse TFs shortened. Anyway, watching these things are "answerless", and we have been longing them for quite some time, no matter what kind of content they bring us we will always think we've been ignored with good reason.

Problem comes IMHO with Architect. I really believed that MA would brings lots of funny player created story arcs, and it did it... for the 2-3 first days, the 4th one people started queuing in Atlas trying to join farm and powerlvl missions.

As a veteran player (nearly 46 months), I don't mind, after having played "the old way" 12 50s, to powerlevel a bit, that's how I made a lvl 8 MM to reach lvl 23, or a brand new defender go from lvl 1 to lvl 25... BUT I'm sorry for new players that did the same and missed lots of arcs, contacts, badges and tfs / sfs, as they could possibly think that this game has no other interesting thing to offer, specially with such kind of announcement that brings NOTHING really exciting nor interesting. This is a hard blow to playerbase in general, not only veterans for the lack of the content we've been looking forward and been promised the last 2 years, but also by converting CoX in "City of Farmers" for the new ones.

I think I've found a new bug... I use to have my 50s list in all my toons profiles, like this:

etc... BUT... when I go to I.D., then my list suddenly changes to this other format:

"@Defcon Kid, My 50sefiant:-asjasd-alsdasld-asdadUnion:

I have tried several times re-write these lists, but it remains under this new format no matter how hard I try.

Very nice.... BUT... is there any macro for this thing? I've tried it but I can only make 2 changes of costume properly, the rest there's a pink "unknown command cce 1" or 2 or whatever, so my toon only change from a costume to one another, nothing else.

Thx for heads up GR, there must be lots of customers around the world with this very same problem, as I haven't received yet the typical e-mail from Customer Support altough I sent it last night (in fact I sent it twice as I was kinda worried with the lack of response from the 1st one).

EDIT: My questions aren't even yet in "My Stuff" now I'm checking my Account in Support NCSOft website.

I haven't been able to make this bind or macro work beyond 1st cossie change; how it should be written in order to switch between any of your cossie slots (like the flypose one)?

My client has charged me and gave me two codes for the magic pack, is there any way i can get it reddemed for a code for a cyborg pack as i still have to get that one. Other wise im gonna be charged twice for the same thing as the NCstore site is strugling with the current load and its causing duplicate transactions on things we only click on once due to it timeout on us

You lucky people... I've received 3 emails confirming my request has been completed... for a single account! I've used just one, but now I've got 2 that I didn't want to buy, useless... already logged a ticket to Customer Support, I hope they will listen to us (altough it's said in these emails that refunds for codes bought online are not allowed... there will be an exception in this case, won't it?

Updating: just in case there's anyone else out there with the same problem, this is the answer I received a couple of days ago:

Please try to use the chat command /coalition_cancel SG name (you have to replace SG name with the name of the supergroup you want to cancel the coalition with). This command could help to solve this issue.

Already did it GR! At the beginning just got the usual automatic answer, but I did finally find the problem! I hadn't updated my out-of-date credit card number in my Account info, after that the server transfer was properly purchased and completed.

It's a good suggestion, but even knowing how to contact them, I seriously doubt they did it, as they would open the door to Portuguese, Italian, Greek, Russian players and so on, and this website would be changed into a Babbel Tower!

Probably the best idea... unles this toon had already earned several Day Job badges (because of his inactivity ) and also a million infamy... I know, these are not serious excuses, but what can I say? I'm a bit lazy to create another new toon, I have no time actually for the lowbies that already have!

Las night I tried several times to purchase a Server Transfer for a toon, called Robo Defcon (lvl 8 MM), from Defiant to Union. Even the message the transaction has been completed, the toon didn't move from Defiant at all. Now I log again, there's a message saying that the online store is unavailable atm, and I was wondering:

1st: Was the transaction completed ever?
2nd: If so, as I tried it several times, I hope that I'm being charged just once!
3rd: In case I'm charged more than once, shall I get any refund or something like that?

No one else has any solution or explanation for this?

Got a little question... as some of you know, there are some spaniards around (like myself xD), and we have lots of SGs (more than I expected, to be honest xD)... well, the fact is that we are having meetings talking about "refreshing" our coalitions by breaking the ones with unused SGs, and/or making players to regroup in just a few SGs... that's why I was checking before with a friend our coalitions, both are leaders of our respective SGs, BUT after we pushed "Yes" button of breaking our coalitions... nothing happened! Just a message saying something like that Super Group was not one of my coalition, but I was still able to read him in Coalition channel, and his Supergroup's name was still in my coalition's list, and vice versa.

Any explanation or suggestion please?
