Online store broken? PLZ CHARGE JUST ONCE!
Support are really the only people that can answer those questions[1].
The rest of us are just regular customers, hanging around and making the place look untidy.

Well the store was down (I assume for maintainance) for the best part of today - so maybe (hopefully) it will be fixed soon!
If it was a lvl 8 toon then woudnt it be a lot more sensible to just create the toon again on the server you wanted to transfer it too?
I think that would be more efficient rather than paying £5.99 for a server transfer.

then recreate on the server you want -> load saved cozzy...
lvl 8 is easy reachable and normally not worth the money for the transfer

Probably the best idea... unles this toon had already earned several Day Job badges (because of his inactivity ) and also a million infamy... I know, these are not serious excuses, but what can I say? I'm a bit lazy to create another new toon, I have no time actually for the lowbies that already have!

Already did it GR! At the beginning just got the usual automatic answer, but I did finally find the problem! I hadn't updated my out-of-date credit card number in my Account info, after that the server transfer was properly purchased and completed.
