Due to the latency issues on the PlayNC site, I now have TWO Magic Booster serial codes (I did have three but one was for me obviously). Oops. How do I go about getting my money back?

I'm guessing I just need to e-mail NCSoft saying I accidentally purchased one-too-many codes.

Contact support, explain that you were billed extra due to technical issues with the site, and they'll be able to get everything sorted out.

Any idea on an SLA for dealing with this? Haven't heard anything back from support all day.

Support will be working through their ticket queues in the order they are received and resolving them as fast as possible. In situations like this one there can be a lengthy backlog generated in a relatively short time, plus resolving the issue requires escalation to a higher tech support queue. Unfortunately, this can lengthen response times a bit. Please be patient and they'll get to you as soon as they can.

Thx for heads up GR, there must be lots of customers around the world with this very same problem, as I haven't received yet the typical e-mail from Customer Support altough I sent it last night (in fact I sent it twice as I was kinda worried with the lack of response from the 1st one).

EDIT: My questions aren't even yet in "My Stuff" now I'm checking my Account in Support NCSOft website.
