crashing every now and then

Sounds similar to my problem I just started a thread about it. Couple of times I've done missions, got to the Boss at the end and crashed :/

I've been told from some usual teammates that their connection is having the same issues, either ubber lag, or lost conn, and they can's simply keep playing for more than just a few minutes before being kicked to the login screen since last Saturday.
Furthermore, I've received word from some friends that tried a Sister Psyche last Saturday, and they had lots of lost conn, mapservering and also being kicked to login screen, in fact a task force like that, that being played in a normal way takes no more than 2 hours and a half, took them more than 4 hours to complete it.

Well, I think I've had 2 different problems:
1st, last Sunday noticed that my WiFi connection was somehow unprotected (I don't know how or for so long), and I quickly typed my encrypted code; after that I had much more broadband available than the previous days.
2nd, I logged a ticket to the Customer Support last week, and after sending and receiving updated information, I was told to download and run 2 programs, nettoolsinfo (sorry if I mispelled it 
) and PingPlotter Standard, and was asked to send them its reports. After that, I got this:
<<We have managed to determine that the connection problem is lying by your Internet Service Provider. We would like to advice you to call your Internet Service Provider to solve the connection problem.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding in this matter.

Quite weird, as it's true that one of the PingPlotter IP server was a failure, there was no connection at all, BUT the other one worked steadily, furthermore I ran them both AFTER solving my "little unprotected problem" and putting my laptop side by side with my WiFi router, so I had my WiFi working 100%.
Besides, other mates living near me have had the same or worse connection problems, like being completely unable to play or even log to this forums or the NCSoft Customer Support website, and, even having a different net provider (they have Ono, I have Telefonica), they were able to play again AFTER the manteinance period that servers had last week.
One of them, in fact, having a different provider as I already said, did the same I've done, and got the same response that me, BUT he wasn't able to log and play again UNTIL servers manteinance concluded.
So.... any kind and coherent explanation for this???

k, so I've been crashing at least once per day in the last 10 days, always a bit after the moment I log in and start a mission, almost about to finish it. Anyone els with the same problem?
